Great customer service at a great price
Great customer service. There was a problem with the prescription but they sorted it out for us in just a few minutes.
The price was really competitive as well so I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Loxicom for my dog
I have used these for my dog's prescription for Loxicom. It's easy to take a photo of the prescription and upload online when purchasing. When the delivery arrives (usually 2-3 days) the paper work notes how many orders you have left (my vet always writes a prescription to be used 3 times). On one occasion the Loxicom never arrived yet my email said it had been dispatched. All you need to do is call them between the hours given on the website, a lady answered straight away and re issued another bottle which arrived in less than 48 hours. Very happy with their service.
Where is the prescription
I sent the original prescription for my cat last Saturday and have phoned today.The website states no online prescriptions are being processed at the moment. Phone closed at 1pm. Still waiting

First time using 365Vet and am very pleased with the service I received. I placed my online order on Wednesday, received confirmation email on Thursday and my goods on Friday.
Only concern is that I didn't receive a confirmation email until the Thursday but other than that I am very impressed with the quick service and will happily use them again.

A great company to order from. Both times my tablets were ordered I received them 2 days later. Lovely customer service when needed to ring and transfer a perscription from another company. Will definitely recommend.

Having used this company without issue for the first time last year, I logged back in to reorder the medication I needed. Well first off their accounts page is terrible. No previous orders, no registered animals yet I have the invoice from before. Somehow once I went through to order it suddenly found my animals. Having 2 on medication, I ordered on good faith that both medications would come through. I even emailed to keep them updated that I had uploaded one prescription and the vet would be sending the second as it was being changed for dosage. Well one lot of medication arrived, not the second, no communication, just a note that a refund was due. Where is my 2nd animals medication considering you did recognise my email explaining the 2nd prescription was on it way and a note was supposed to be put on my file. Plus I've been charged more than the per item amount. I will avoid this company in future if they do not resolve the issue.
Update: Customer Services did call and recrify the issue. Just annoying that it was originally dealt with without communication from their end. I would increase my rating to 3.5 stars, but there's no option to do so.

Website is easy to use but when it comes to the checkout part it constantly throws up errors with billing address, phone number ect. Everything is double checked and there are no problems from what I can see. I am fed up of messing about with the payment system I will just take my custom somewhere else
Wrong medication sent
Ordered medication for dog. Took over a week to arrive but, perhaps understandable, due to mail strikes. However, they sent the wrong medication which, although similar, is not what I ordered. If this was sent as a replacement then surely I should have been informed this was what they were sending and they should not still be advertising the medication I originally ordered if they do not have it in stock. I ordered this specific medication as prescribed by the vet, the replacement they sent is not just the same thing with a different generic name, it is a different medication which my dog cannot take. It is not for 365 Vets to decide what is a suitable replacement. So, after waiting a week, I now have no medication and no means of buying any more elsewhere until I return this medication and am refunded by 365 vets, assuming of course they allow this, but, as their phone lines are only open a few hours a day and they take a day to answer an email, my dog will be going without his vital medication until I manage to contact them to find out. I would be very wary of buying from this company who don't seem to care at all.

I'm not sure if this is a scam website???
My vet informed me that they no longer provide customers with written prescriptions and will now email them directly to the pharmacy. I placed an order at the weekend and logged on to the 365vet website to get my order reference so my vet could include it when sending over the prescription. However, there is no 'my order' section on the website to check my order number or order progress and my email asking for the reference number hasn't been replied to. Today, 4 days later, I tried to phone them but I'm getting 'number not recognised'. In addition, I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment had been made but did not receive any order confirmation from 365vet. Luckily, I can raise a dispute with PayPal.

Absolutely terrible experience with the service. Ordered medication online which took a long time to come through due to the many email checks and confirmations. When the medication came through they had sent 30 instead of 90 tablets. Email service was none existent and no acknowledgement of the lack of checks done dispite the many stages of checks before it was sent out.
Rude person replying to emails and no way of getting through via the telephone. Asked to speak to a manager and my second order was cancelled.
Great customer service
I recently used 365 vet to order some prescription medication for my dog. It was so much cheaper to order it online. I found the customer support lady Vicky to be extremely helpful & professional. Thanks to her my dog got her medication in time.
Order lost in system and then took a week
Order took a week. I phoned and was told it hadn't been sent yet and he didn't know why. On hold for over 4 minutes. I then received email saying it would be sent that day and in order "to be fair to everyone, everything is sent in chronological order." Ridiculous statement to make but all the more so because my order had got lost in the system and I wouldn't have received it had I not phoned them. Clearly need more staff or better organisation. Won't use them again.

Still waiting 2 months for a refund
I placed an order with vet365 for two different types of medication. There was an issue with the prescription for one type so I told them to send part of the order, assuming I would be refunded the difference. I never received a refund so 2-3 weeks later I emailed them. They emailed me the next day to say they would chase the accounts dept. It has now been a further six weeks and I've still not heard anything, so I've emailed them again today and we'll see what happens. I don't understand why they think they have the right to keep people's money like this. I don't often write reviews but feel like I should make other people aware so they can avoid this company.

Good prices but appalling communication. I ordered 2 items for my cat (with prescription) - delivery was described as 3-5 days after order. 6 days after the order was placed I had a query about the prescription. Won't use again.
Great service at a superb price
I hesitated placing my order after reading the mixed reviews but happy to report that my transaction was swift. The best price on the market for the Vidalta tablets for cats and free Royal Mail 24 hour delivery.
