I have ordered twice from this website and both times delivery was very quick. Last time my order was very urgent and they took this into account and delivered it to me in a days time. I am very impressed. Very helpful staff.
It was back around November
It was back around November. I had a 4 year old orange tabby who was very sick. I had already spent over $4000. For treatment and he was getting worse Took him to 365 and told the vet that it was time to let him go. I could not afford any more treatment and wanted stop his pain. I told the vet that if she wanted to adopt him she could do it. I didn't see or want any treatment. She insisted that he had to be treated first. She finally put him down. Something that could be done for $100. Cost me $425.00. They say pet care comes first. This time it was after $425.

hi made complaint after 3 days trying to reach by phone. after a review on wed 7 feb 2023. got alomost immediate call from 365 vet. did an order for dogs drugs. today 8 feb 2023 goods arrived. thankyou to 365vet and trustpilot. 365 vet seem back to their previous excellent service.

I was desperate for a quick turnaround on my order as it was a prescription medicine. 365 responded to every email I sent within a few hours and the order was sent and delivered within 3 days of me ordering. Very happy with the service.

I recently used this site twice and had different experiences. The first time, I was thrilled with the service and had no problems. However, the second time was disappointing. I ordered on Sat 30th dec its now Friday , I still haven't received anything yet. I was told that it would be sent out for delivery tonight, but that means I won't receive it until Monday. These are items that I need for my dog, and it's frustrating that I wasn't informed about the delay beforehand. I also found out that some items were out of stock, but I wasn't informed about this when I placed my order. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was given an excuse about bad weather causing server issues.
While I understand that these things happen, my main concern is my dog's well-being, and I would appreciate better communication about any delays or issues.

I was a bit skeptical of ordering due to mixed reviews however I personally have had no issues with 365Vet. Ordered online and arrived within a few days. So easy.

Too long to deliver and let down by service
I placed a prescription order expecting a quick delivery as it stated next day on the website and i uploaded my prescription at the time of order. Only to have my horse without her medication 3 days later and then DPD failed to deliver despite there being a shop on site they could of left the package in. I feel very let down by this service and also feel terrible I have a horse with ulcers and no medication. I should of just got it from the vets while I was there. I will not be using them again.

Wouldnt fulfil a repeat prescription even though it was in date. Should of check reviews before ordering off here. Hours of back and forth over days just for them to say they wouldnt honour the prescription. Avoid at all cost!
Great fast delivery service at the right price
We order our cats medication as our vets was having issues with the supplier getting the right size medication bottle. After searching the good old Internet we found 365VET we ordered our cats medication which was half the price of our vets on the Thursday afternoon and our cats medication was delivered on the Saturday. I will recommend 365VET to family and friends I will use again. Our vet as now lost out in the future.

I placed an order on 10/08/23, I was informed it was dispatched on11/08/23,Delivered 15/08/23 .
Do not trust delivery date estimates.
Ordered Apoquel (almost £80) for dogs with severe itching on 02/08/23, email received on 04/08/23 saying the order was being dispatched 1st class Royal Mail and to allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
We have now had other delivery's 3 days this week and still no tablets. Rang to cancel and was told that I would have to wait until 15/08/23 to see it they would turn up! Dog has now quite literally pulled his hair out due to the itching and now has to wear a cone. Do not trust 365 will delivery date estimates as 1-3 days can mean 2 weeks.....

Terrible service, terrible staff attitude.
I had to chase my order to 3x. I was told they had posted it by royal mail, nothing came. After chasing up twice I was told they’d sent it via DPD. DPD confirmed they hadn’t received the order. Chased up again, to be ignored.
We order these meds to be received asap but they aren’t bothered by that. No apology offered even, had to chase a reply!
Would not recommend this company.

Been getting our dogs medication at a fraction of the price our vet charges for several years now, each prescription easily uploaded and the tablets arrive 2 to 3 days later. Only had one hiccup with them and they sorted it out immediately after we spoke to very friendly person. Would recommend highly.
10 /10 for the past 3 years.
For those who doubt Skye to vets 1445 Tuesday, checked perscription there Wednesday 1000 Placed order 1015 Wednesday tablets arrived am Thursday.
Always been the same since I started using them in 2021. Nothing to moan about as far as I'm concerned.

Do not waste your time trying to buy from this company. Not customer friendly at all. Tried to buy meds and no communication when the order did not apparently go through. Tried to phone. Only open 3 hours a day. Go elsewhere to get real professional help . If I could give a 0 rating, i would.

Scam. Sent prescription and paid. Nothing arrived. Kept getting told wait longer. Will have to open a case with the bank
