Tony and his team were amazingly helpful and flexible. The property being surveyed had quite a few quirks and they went the extra mile to check into everything in a lot of detail. I felt really well informed and confident in the thoroughness of the survey.

Report was received very quickly after survey carried out. It was comprehensive and thorough.
Tony was able to explain the points I didn’t understand.

We are in Australia and were considering a house in the UK. Tony sent us excellent information about the process of a UK building inspection. He then managed to fit us in on a Saturday morning. He carried out the inspection early in the morning and was able to phone us in Australia at a reasonable hour despite the time difference. He gave us a very detailed oral report which he followed up within a couple of days with a detailed written report.

Hayley and Tony were excellent. We have used them twice and both times had brilliant service. Hayley is really quick to reply to queries over email and Tony’s call after conducting the survey was really reassuring. The report was ready in less than a week and Tony was on hand and happy to answer any questions once we’d received the survey. We will be recommending to everyone!

The staff at 3 Counties Surveying, Ltd, including Hayley McKeown, the office manager, were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process of having a survey completed on my proposed property purchase. I'm not local to them, so all information had to be handled by email, yet I never felt out of the loop, or had any questions or emails not answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional survey work done on a property.

3 Counties Surveying are a great company to deal with, recently had a Homebuyers Survey carried out on a property by Liz McKenty. We received a call on the day from Liz with initial feedback and details, she was very helpful and professional and received the report within a day or two.

Great communication from the point of our initial enquiry. Hayley was very quick in setting up the appointment directly with the estate agent and keeping us informed. On the day of the survey, Tony, the surveyor rang us to give us a general overview of his findings. The written report was with us within 2 working days of the survey. An excellent service.

Tony McKenty carried out a first class level 3 survey on a grade2 listed building for us. His attention to detail was second to none. The survey report was well constructed and backed up by clear photographs to help us understand the points being raised.
