Today I received the beautiful 3D heart shaped crystal supplied by the 3D Crystal Shop in Kirkaldy. The background has been carefully removed and the 3D effect was superb. The meticulous attention to detail by the craftsman was evident in this work or art! Though my initial order was for a 2D crystal and when that showed the background in the photo, I contacted the customer service. They explained the reasons and offered to redo it as a 3D crystal! Looking at the outstanding 3D effect I am very glad to have accepted that kind offer. In short, the workmanship and the customer service were exceptional.

Fantastic company to order from. My product is beyond perfect, and included every detail and more front he picture I sent. Any queries were answers within 15 mins of emailing and delivery was swift and on time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

After placing the order I realized I had made an error in the text for the gift, I emailed and called and the issue was quickly resolved and thankfully arrived just in time for a wedding anniversary.

What an amazing business ! Customer service is 10/10 from start to finish. I ordered a heart shape crystal of my late mum for my father, I knew it would be lovely by reading the reviews by when I opened it I was shocked at just how stunning it was. I cried !

Our Husky passed away and I was looking for a gift for my wife to remember her by. I happened upon this shop and loved the work.
After going through photographs of our Husky I placed the order not sure what to expect.
When the parcel arrived the 3d crystal was amazing everything how I hoped it would look was done right down to the blades of grass at my huskies paws. I couldn't have been more happier and it brought a tear to my eyes seeing her so expertly crafted into a 3d crystal forever.

I ordered a large 4d crystal block of my fathers boat from Alan at 3D crystal shop. I am so delighted with the result it looks astonishing. I was absolutely blown away by they quality of our crystal, stunning, if you're buying one of these, definitely go for the 3d option, it looks amazing. We got the heart shaped 3D crystal, it comes in a beautifully lined box too.

I ordered 2 3d crystals from 3d crystal shop, with photos of a falcon and a barn owl to be engraved into the crystals, as a present for the owners of the birds. I was amazed and thrilled when my order arrived, the crystals were totally stunning! You can see every fine detail of the patterns on the birds feathers, the images are so clear, and capture the birds exactly. The quality of the crystal is excellent and come in a nice display box. I ordered a revolving stand which lights up for the iceberg crystal which looks fantastic. I did not expect such high quality, the price is very reasonable and my order was despatched within a few days. If you are looking for a very special present for someone, or a photo you wish to make into a keepsake, I cannot recommend 3d crystal shop highly enough.
