Having purchased crystals from The 3D Crystal Shop on three occasions I will definitely buy more.
The quality of the engraving is excellent, delivery is 1st class and the service is excellent.
The product is very good value and makes a unique personalized gift.

Blown away by the work Douglas does, I had only ever seen 3D images of people’s faces done. However I contacted Douglas with a landscape picture, and the result well it was amazing to say the least. Not only is the work superbly done but the price was great too. I will definitely return as a customer

I am very pleased with my 3D Crystals and shipping was very fast and secure. Communication throughout from selecting to deliver is excellent. I won't shop anywhere else now! Placed the order and then contacted the company to ask if they could edit the supplied photo slightly.
No problem
The order was despatched very quickly and when it arrived my wife was ecstatic with it, she loved it and spent ages looking to see if she could figure out how it was done.
The item now sits proudly on the mantle and is a great talking piece when friends come round.

Excellent website for 3d crystals. They despatched my order on time and my friend was extremely pleased with the final product. Would recommend it to anyone as the quality is great and at a reasonable price.

The only downside is that you cannot see a preview of the item before you can order it as I wanted a non-standard logo, but if you describe want you need to the team, I am sure they will be able to help.

Had a 3d crystal impression done for my partner. We lost 1 of our budgies just over a week ago and she loved that budgie. She mentioned favourite pic of him so I used this for the 3d impression. Blown our socks off at how amazing it looks.
Very easy to upload and ordered style of crystal.

I wanted a Crystal for my Aunt and Uncle's Diamond Wedding Anniversary with a photo of them in it, I found an old black and white photo of them, which obviously is not as good a quality one as modern photos being at least 60 years old. I contacted them to ask if they thought the photo I'd chosen was good enough, and after getting the ok I had one done & it has turned out brilliantly I also wanted a base to highlight the image and Alan has been very helpful with all my questions about both the Crystal and base!! Thank you for all your help.

Very pleased with heart shaped crystal

Excellent customer service, easy to navigate website and very pleased with the lovely heart shaped crystal. My mother was delighted with it and is fascinated with the 3D image.
