Quite amazing levels of help and…

Quite amazing levels of help and service that continues, year on year. I have an elderly UM3 machine that was misbehaving - support suggested all the free methods of solving it first, and left the inexpensive spare part as a last resort.
Sales department is invariably unpressured, efficient, and actually knows the machinery - couldn't be better.

Friendly and helpful company.

I needed a printer and 3DGBIRE was one of the retailers that had the S3 in stock. The whole process was quick and easy. I had an issue with the printer which turned out to be user error and they fixed it over the phone.

The technicians provided fast and efficient servicing of the s5 3D Printer, the printer was returned to us within a matter of days. Extremely happy with the service received. Communication was excellent, was regularly updated on the progress.

Excellent customer service and support

Often the best indication as to the quality of service is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I was very impressed by the amount of time and effort 3DGBIRE put into resolving an issue I had, and they often went above and beyond what I would have expected given the situation. In an industry such as 3D printing where issues are unfortunately still common, having a company that provides a high level of skilled support is invaluable.

Very good service

Very good service - the technical support is excellent - 3DBGIRE maintains a great position - collaborating in R&D projects with 3D print machine providers and end-users. It's my first point of call when I need tech support. Really good as a supplier of raw materials and spare parts - I can't remember waiting for a delivery at all in the last 4 years.

A memorable experience.

I am only an individual who was after a roll of filament, I called to see if 3dgbire could oblige and they could not do enough for me. I purchase my filament, was give a free sample and a tour of the printing and scanning facilities. What can I say, showing an interest in what is a hobby to me, and taking time out. I can not speak highly enough of them and their staff.

Second to none

We booked our machine in for a service and as always the team at 3DGBIRE were more than accommodating. The machine had it service while I met up with Steve Taylor to chat over a few design improvements I wanted to carry out on a part.
The whole team and experience was second to none, that is why 3DGBIRE are the suppliers for all our machines and scanners!

I cannot speak highly enough about this…

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The technical department has been invaluable in supporting my PhD research and the various technical problems i have encountered.

Furthermore when an error occurred and I was under a deadline to print parts for an exhibition, they offered to print the parts while my printer was being fixed and sent the prints to me promptly in time to set up the exhibition. Without their generosity and support I would have not been able to show the work. Outstanding support and service!

Great Support Team

Had a really good experience with the support team at 3DGBIRE, helped with an issue with filament we'd ordered through them. They managed to report the issue to the manufacturer and get us some replacement spools for our trouble.

3DGBIRE has provided excellent service and training for IntelliQA. We have bought two BCN printers, training and plenty of filament from them. Our first printer has been a challenge. 3DGBIRE has been with us every step of the way to resolve our issues and help us develop our additive manufacturing capability. 3D Print Repair

We contacted 3DGBIRE following a fault to our 3 year old Ultimaker 2+. The service was excellent and the fault corrected with new parts at a reasonable price. Chris dealt with us and was very informative and quick to respond to any queries. We will be keeping the details on file and using 3DGBIRE for regular servicing in the future.

I contacted 3DGBIRE as my Ultimaker 2…

I contacted 3DGBIRE as my Ultimaker 2 was in desperate need of a service and not working very well at all, they were extremely helpful an offered a very competitive price for the service, but also offered an upgrade option to the Ultimaker 2+, also at a very competitive price, which i opted for.
On receiving the printer back (very quickly), i was overwhelmed with the workmanship and attention to detail of what they had done, it was like having a brand new printer again that now works like a dream.
I couldn't be more happy with the level of service i received from the very friendly and helpful team at 3DGBIRE, highly recommended!

3D Scanner Repair

I had kept a 3D scanner too long in its box and when I eventually managed time to check it out I found that it was defective. 3DGBIRE worked with me and the manufacturer to have it reconditioned for minimal cost and disruption. The team basically organised everything. I’m not recommending that equipment be left till well after warranty before checking but pointing out that 3DGBIRE are flexible and understanding and can go beyond the normal expectation in customer service.

Excellent Service

Excellent - I had my 3D printer for a few months and finally did the training, I didn't realise how much else I needed to know!

Steve was great and helped me understand the Cura processes better and tehe maintenance steps I need to do to ensure my machine is working optimally.

Training

I received half day training session with Steve Taylor and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me understand process and the slicer software itself. Excellent, efficient, friendly and helpful service. Definitely recommending.
