Ducati 748 SPS Euro Spec

I recently purchased a beautiful Ducati that 3D Moto had in their dealership. Whilst deciding whether to purchase, I asked a few questions via email and always had a prompt response.
I then spoke on the telephone with Tony at length about the bike. With that and from the pictures and shop video I made the purchase without ever seeing it for real. Tony said that I wouldn’t be disappointed, WOW, now a proud owner of a Ducati 748 SPS Euro Spec
First class service through and through.

AVOID at all costs

Without doubt the worse motorcycle dealership I have ever had to deal with . I purchased a bike who I was then informed was a sold on behalf of customer bike . Once ridden it was obvious there was faults . I wasn't able to get back in touch with 3d and a branded dealership diagnosed the problem and pointed out some other areas , it cost me £515 + 55 for a battery as the one fitted was incorrect, after getting hold of Tony to discuss it I was told tough it's a sold as seen bike he is rude and constantly talks over you going off on irrelevant tangents, after numerous emails 3d finaly asked me to send them the report and recipts which I said I wouldn't do until they admit liability ,after speaking with trading standards and C.A.B and exhausting all channels with 3d this matter is now being dealt with by the courts

This is the second time I have bought a Vespa from 3D, both times ordered without viewing based on the images supplied by Andy. Found them very helpful and unlike so many dealers, prompt to reply to any questions. Happy to recommend them and in particular, Andy to anyone considering buying a bike / scooter.

No chance!

Visited this place to buy an RS660. Tiny dark showroom and the salesman completely ignored me. When I engaged him, was vague and indifferent and the excitement and anticipation I had on arrival just went. Zero customer experience. Went 30 miles east and was met with passion and enthusiasm, and good manners.

looking for a replacement for my Vespa I was amazed how many different colours and models were available from stock, and the salesman knew the difference's so I could make an informed choice of which suited my requirements, the bike was ready on time and with no rush to make me leave without a good idea of how to use it, thanks Andy you're a star

As a follow up from my previous review … how dissapointing that it took you 8 months to answer me!! …the mirror as you know was a manufacturers error!! Or at least that’s what you lead us to believe!! It wasn’t snapped off it just came off after it’s first service with you!! And as for the key .. whatever happened and whosever fault it was that doesn’t change the fact that you were so extremely unhelpful when we needed you!! Shocking service!! There really is no comeback!!

Bought a new rs660 from these guys.
Great service, more than helpful before, during and after the sale.
Can’t fault any of the service, delivered on the day they said, 1st service reasonable price and after sale support as it was a new bike on the market excellent.
Only gripe I’d have is that it’s the 1st brand new vehicle I’ve bought that only came with 6 months road tax and not 12 months so would’ve given them a 4 star but the bike is awesome so gets an extra star for that alone!!

As new used BMW

I have just bought a used BMW motorbike from 3D Moto. The bike was faultless and so was the customer service. They gave me a good discount on the bike and a free service.
The bike was delivered and as promised, it was like new. Very helpful (and patient) staff Thanks 3D Moto, will definitely use you again for my next purchase.

3D Moto MV Augusta West Midlands - AVOID

Recently got back into motorcycling after 21 year break and up to this dealership the whole journey has been an absolute joy, dealing with some wonderful suppliers. Most knew that i could only buy one bike, yet all were brilliant. But lets get back on topic.

In short MV Augusta/Ducati Wolverhampton/3D MOTO LTD in Kingswinford, West Midlands is selling products made by an Italian company in the guise of a famous UK brand!

Critically, 3D Moto, MV Augusta (Ducati Wolverhapmton) has the worst customer service I have ever encountered - really is, even 2 days after the event as I write this, I still can't believe that a company as bad as this survives.

So please AVOID 3D Moto, MV Augusta, Kingswinford.

Mr Dunn, I would like to point out to you that the item you came into our store to purchase, describing it as the "item we have for sale on Ebay" (the title of which is "Evotech srl" and "laser cut in Italy") is the item you purchased, exactly what you asked for, NOT "in the guise of a famous UK brand". The parts were removed out of the box in front of you, you handled them, inspected them, our parts assistant showed you how they were put together and you were completely happy to purchase the item. We have CCTV recording showing you handling/inspecting the goods and discussing their fitment. You were fully aware of what you were purchasing. So to receive an email from you a few days later, demanding that we refund you for the item, yes it was a demand and not a polite request, then to be threatened, yes we have email threats from you, "the word will spread with my help." has shown that you are in fact trying to undermine our business merely out of spite because we wouldn't cave in to your demands. Very sad keyboard warrior.
