Great international vendor.
The whole process of ordering was smooth and quick, more so than many larger online vendors. But what I'd like to focus on is that when I tried to order from a US vendor, I was told they couldn't be bothered with filling orders from Canada, while this company halfway around the world was more than happy to deal with me. In today's world that makes a very big difference, so well-done. If circumstances permit I will be happy to buy from them again.

This delivery was so immense late
This delivery was so immense late, my whole proces was not going as planned… This resulted in rapid changes for the outcome. Not nice.

I received two 3d printer resin tanks
I received two 3d printer resin tanks, as ordered.
The courier was on time.
Unfortunately, the original seal was cut. So the package was opened, but not used. It was new.
This is the reason of 4 stars.

Dear Andreas, the reason we somethimes open randomly packages from the factory is to check if the goods are matching our orders and if those are the correct resins tanks for the right machine (sometimes there might be a mistake in the packaging or simply wrong sticker on the box so we have to make sure if the ordered quantity matches the packing list). Of course the products your recieved are genuaine. Thank you for your honest opinion.
