Very helpful

Any questions I had before and after purchasing the printer were answered fairly quickly. Processing and shipping were quick as well. They even sent a couple of emails a while after I got it to see if there were any issues or if I had any questions. I look forward to doing future business with them!

I purchased a Geeetech A20T

I purchased a Geeetech A20T. The printer arrived quickly and I was impressed with how easy it was to receive great service from 3DPrintersBay.
The printer was well packed and was really easy to set up. I have printed numerous things now with no problems.
If you buy one of these three color mixing printers, remember to reset after each print when using SD card, or it will choose the wrong color to start.

They’ve the best service ever

They’ve the best service ever. I always buy all supplies with them. Their support is unbelievable. I bought CreatBot F430 and everything I need as per recommendation. It’s an excellent purchase. Fast Delivery and quick email responses

After checking nearly every site that sell the 3D printer I was searching for, I found that delivery times were 3-4 weeks out. 3D Printers Bay had delivery marked at the standard 3 weeks but to my surprise, my Phrozen Sonic Mini arrived in just a little over 2 weeks. That made my faith in 3D Printers Bay justified and I have brought all of my business associates to them.

My HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2…

My HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2 weeks after ordering and I am now assembling the printer. The packing for shipping was excellent and the printer arrived with no damage. I really like the quality of the parts and I find the engineering excellent. The self aligning T-Nuts are absolutely ingenious. The only thing that is concerning is that the included instructions are meager at best and the is no CDROM or guide for eventual setup. Overall, I am very happy with my HE3D K280 printer.

Overpromised and forced to cancel order...

I will preface my review with this, Adam at 3dprintersbay was extremely quick and to respond to any inquiry. However, I did have two major issues. 3dPrintersBay.com website listed a printer as "In Stock" in US warehouse and 2-3 day shipping. A week after ordering there has been no update to my order status, no shipping tracking number, and a busted 24-48 promise of an update directly from Creality as well. Adam directed me to chargeback/dispute my order payment as a result.Second, there seems to be a major disconnect between the seller and 3dPrintersBay right now. Creality was completely unresponsive. I recommend looking elsewhere for any Creality products.

This another review related to the…

This another review related to the flsun distributer. I ordered a printer over a month ago now. The printer was supposedly in a warehouse stateside, however, after getting a delivery date and the printer not arriving the tracking number started showing delivery pending. After contacting them twice they told me the printer was on the plane and after clearing customs would be on the way. This was 2 weeks ago. I've now had a support ticket in for 5 days and have heard nothing back. I understand covid-19 delays but this printer was supposed to have been in a warehouse in the u.s..

I might give 3dprintersbay another chance in the future but this experience has been very disapointing. I do get the feeling the problem is with the flsun distributer.

Edit. I did eventually get my printer (flsun qq-s) and I am very happy with it. Upon further consideration 1 star was a bit too harsh for the overall experience. They did try to have this review taken down which annoyed me a bit but after reviewing my emails they did try to contact me to get more information to prevent this in the future. So I'm going with three stars.

In summary: while my initial complaints still stands they do seem to care about customer service and as such I would probably give them another chance since the prices do seem to be good and without a pandemic going on i would imagine fixing mistakes (such as not having a product in the U.S. wharehose) would probably take less time to fix.

Great service and quality

I was told five weeks to get my printer but recieved it in only two, easy assembly, great quality, very user friendly and packaging was top notch everything was perfect no damaged parts. I'll be making my next purchase through 3Dprintersbay. Thank you.

Solid Experience

I ordered the printer on backorder and the printer came in much earlier than expected in great condition. I contacted them to check the status of the printer and they were incredibly helpful.

EDIT: The printer itself came with the no name power supply, not the meanwell that the "branded powersupply" in the description would suggest. Printer still works fine for me either way.

Long processing, outdated data, backorders

I've ordered Creality CR-10 V2 from this website. I didn't conduct a research before buying, but seller promised 2 days processing of the order. After waiting 4 days of processing I've contacted the seller, and received a response saying that the item is backordered, meaning you need to wait while it will be in stock. With this info and after reviewing the feedback about the seller I decided to cancel this order and order from another place, since this item was purchased as a gift, even though I've ordered it in advance (1 month prior to celebration) unclarity of when I will receive it scares me. I don't mind giving a higher star rating, because I understand the way seller sales their products and maybe for that way of selling they a doing great, but I hope everything will go smooth with my order cancelling and refund, because this is an important part of the online seller's business.

EDIT: I've received refund with no problems.

No tracking, or even proof of shipping, not able to give me an update.

I ordered a printer from 3DPrintersBay on the 23rd April. The website claims a lead time of 24-48 hours with stock in the EU. After 2 days I had heard nothing and emailed, only to be told it will be shipped in another 1-2 business days.
Emails were CCd with manufacturer based email addresses and 3DPB claims they havent heard from the team that provides the printers.
So 3DPrintersBay seems to just order from the company that produces the printers. I have been told in order to get a refund I need to dispute on Paypal or chargeback, I have disputed now so hopefully this will kick the manufacturer into gear.
3DPrintersBay has been very responsive in my emails but since the emails are just CC'd to the manufacturer it seems we are getting nowhere.
If a tracking number is provided and proof of shipping is provided I shall cancel the dispute, but only if it is done ASAP, dont expect me to cancel it if the item is shipped any later than tomorrow.

Given it 2 stars as 3DPB are very responsive with emails and are trying to help me. My rating will improve if the printer arrives soon.

EDIT: Had the reason for the refund explained, the payment goes direct to the Manufacturer.

No printer delivered, no tracking info

I placed an order on April 6th for Flsun QQ-s pro that was going shipped out of Los Angeles in California. I live in California and the item should have been delivered within 10 days at the latest. On April 11th I sent a email requesting a tracking number and they sent FedEx tracking number stating the item will be delivered in 2 days to my home. Guess what nothing came. I send a 2nd email on April 13th asking about delivery with this response on April 13th.

I sent a email yesterday April 29th with no response.

This is ridiculous. I understand shipping delays due to COVID-19 but I ordered this printer from a warehouse that was confirmed to have the printer in stocks literly 500 miles from my home. Why is the item being transported by plane 15 days after purchase when the item is supposedly getting shipped 500 miles away? This is day 24 from date of purchase. I will update with more information as this issue is ongoing.

I would recommend you start filing PayPal dispute against your transaction for the reason item is not shipped/received & escalate the claim to PayPal as necessary since we have had no proper support or response from FLSUN. Please submit PP ID to us once the claim has been successfully placed and we will notify PayPal about the seller activities wrt this order through their report system under marketplace code of conduct. They will be forced to provide an update soon by PayPal chargebacks

If you paid with your credit card without PayPal account.Here's a quick overview of the chargeback process:

1-Request/Initiate chargeback through your credit card issuer company/Bank

2- The credit card company notifies Vendor Merchant account and withdraws the funds from PayPal and credit to your account

Please let me know if you have any more queries.

Great site! Highly recommend!

Great site! Buy all my printer here now! They arive fast and they have the best prices around(if not they match it) great customer support team very helpful and fast to respond! I highly recommend! And the unit doesn't have to be instock in us to get it fast, shipped my last printer from china in less than 10 days 2 my door.

Lost my printer... bad communications

I needed a printer quickly for work as an existing one had broken and parts were going to take 3 weeks to arrive.

Their website said they had the printer I wanted in Europe (I'm in Europe) and its delivered by courier. I emailed to confirm, they said yes.

The package takes *10* days to get to me, thats pretty slow for a courier but ok these are trying times (Covid). It took 4 days to hand it to the courier (admittedly including a weekend)

However the package is only the filament, not the printer! Courier says it's one tracking number per package and clearly this single wrapped package is only the filament. The only obvious explanation is that they did not send me the printer but I am getting all sorts of excuses from them...very slowly...emails bouncing between the US and China...one email per day and I'm still without a printer or a good answer, what I do have is a work disaster.

I will update this as it progresses.

*** Update 13 May 2020 ***

The refund has hit my account, via Paypal. Personally I won't be dealing with both these companies again. I do see many happy customers out there so good for them.

I expected a higher level of service from this US based company but didn't get it. In fact other than the order received the only other email was a fob off to the manufacturer for the delivery problem.

*** Update 11 May 2020 ***

My daily "please respond" emails were not responded to for 1 week. Then I was promised a refund by FLSun within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago.

Unprofessional, dishonest and misleading.

And while my problem is mostly now with FLSun, 3DPrintersBay simply offer silence from the sidelines.

The transaction was via their website. I went there because it seemed reputable, US Based etc, but as mentioned below when I did the transaction on their website the money went directly to FLSun. So basically I was mislead.

I'm not sure which is worse, the deceitful way I was sold the 3D Printer or the fact that the manufacturer simply lies about things (refunds etc).

***Update 1 May 2020***
No progress. No refund.

The supplier contact, who actually is FLSun, claims to be talking with courier company (GLS) and is 'waiting'. I can call the same courier company on the phone and get actual answers. GLS say it's one parcel per tracking number. FLSun says otherwise. I have the parcel, it says 15 kgs but only contains the filament, about 2 kgs. The printer was either not sent or sent with the wrong tracking number. Either way its not my problem or fault but I am still out of pocket and without a machine.

To be clear some of this fault now seems to with FLSun not 3DPrintersBay however 3DPrintersBay are not helping with this in anyway, simply silent in the email chain but quite active on Trustpilot.

I paid via 3DPrintersBay.com with PayPal, however when I look at Paypal funds went to FLSun directly, so not sure what value 3DPrintersBay are offering here.

I still desperately need to print something for my job and there us no sign of resolution with 3DPrintersBar or FLSun.

High import tariffs for EU

Don't buy here if you are living in the EU. The website states free shipping but lets the customer pay all the import tariffs and other charges. I bought the Phrozen Sonic Mini here and on top of the $299 came $104 in import charges on top of the $30 Fedex shipping that they don't inform you about!

EDIT: to reply to the below response from 3DPrintersBay: you should not inform your customers about significant extra costs in your terms & conditions. This is unclear and bad practice. A notice when a person living in the EU makes a purchase would make this much clearer. Also make sure to state this on your purchase orders!

We have this clearly stated in 7.5 clause under terms and condition page. We do have selective products have overseas warehouses(specified in product page) which eliminate import taxes.
