Great 3D printer great price FLSun QQ delta love it

Order shipped fast and was exactly what I ordered

Great 1st time experience. I purchased an Anycubic Kossel and received it quickly and with no damage. It was exactly what I wanted/expected. I did not need to contact customer service.

This thing is a beast, very happy so far with my purchase I just finished putting it together had done the first print. All in all it’s lives up to its hype so far as far as size , parts. I would highly recommend 3dprintersbay in the future as the customer service was gheee when needed. Fixed the issue of missing addon. This is the great printer for a first time kit builder and ended 5 owners group on Facebook will help you through any building and setting up log of knowledgeable people out there

I'm getting very frustrated with this company. Parts were missing from my order. I sent a message through their contact page & then submitted a service ticket when I didn't hear back. I stumbled across this site while trying to find their phone number, which they don't publish. I found a number for them on another site but I get no answer.
I'm ready to actually call my credit card company and reverse the charges. I'm sure that will get their attention but I'd prefer them to at least pretend to care about my business. I can't recommend them at this time.

I ordered an anycubic mega s from 3d printers bay. The printer arrived much faster than expected. Once set up, it was apparent that the printer had an issue. I contacted customer support and got a reply about 2 days later. It was determined that the power supply was faulty. I was told a new one would be sent out and to expect a tracking number within 2 days. That was January 28th. It is now February 8th and I have not had a single reply back and have yet to receive a replacement power supply. After sale customer service is lacking badly with this company. If you buy a printer from them expect to be on your own if something goes wrong.

3d Printers Bay has a notification on their website about the Chinese spring festival causing a general delay. While understandable, it would have been nice in my situation to have been informed of the impending delay due to a Chinese holiday during my initial conversation with customer support. This is arguably out of the hands of 3d Printers Bay as customer support seems to be handled by the individual manufacturers. I am upping my review from 2 stars to 4 because the delay in customer support is not the fault of 3d printers bay.

Be patient, it might take a week or two, but I received a Geeetech A10 at a good price and it has served me well so far. Well worth it.

A god shop for 3d printers. As a first timer who bought a 3d printer I chosen 3D Printers Bay Marketplace because there was the right price and I could chose delivery from a Europe station. I bought a Geeetech A10. A god printer for me. Becaus of a problem with the printer I used also the support center from 3D Printers Bay Marketplace, there also all went smooth.
So I can recommend 3D Printers Bay Marketplace.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences when putting my orders in with these guys. Past year I’ve bought six printers from them. They will be spot on if you have any issues with seller and get this fixed for you. Can’t recommend them enough.

Received my CR10S pro in a super quick time and it prints great.Customer service is just great they always get back to me super quick and I'm really happy how they always try to help when I had an issue in completing my purchase.

3d printers bay refunded the money I was owed. It took a little longer than I would have liked but they kept their word and helped me through the process. I would recommend buying from them.

We purchased a Anycubic i3 Mega Ultrabase 3D Printer and it has been printing flawlessly our commercial parts right out of the package. We had a small problem with locating the red plugin at first, my fault, not the manufacturer, and 3D Printer Bay responded very fast, but we had already located the red top plugin as it had gotten tucked under the upright stand arm where I could not see it. Don’t touch this company. Will not honour warranty. Will not reply.

The hot end on my CR-10 packed up after a month. No support just annoying replies asking for the order number which was on the email chain.

Don’t buy from these guys.

After receiving the below reply I had many more very annoying emails with the 3D Printers Bay. They told me they had sent the product but as proof showed me some parts that were sent to someone on the other side of the world. Then they said they sent it again but the tracking number was useless - and many weeks later still nothing.

Their reply below is simply hollow talk - THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! They also expect you to fix the printer yourself - so if the fan on the hot end fails, you will need to replace it yourself - soldering and all. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

I not only will but i have recommended 3D Printers Bay to friends and family. My order arrived in a very timely manner (7 days) and was just what I expected, and was promised.
I did contact customer service with a question and received an answer in under 24 hours.

It s written US wharehouse and they say oh there no anycubic wharehouse in the US but its written on their website.... and I've experience a schedule delivery pending for 6 days.

I was very skeptical about 3dprintersbay since it was so much cheaper than any other reseller. I had to contact customer service 3 times (2 regarding shipping times and 1 more to add my purchase to my account), they answered within less than 30min with a proper answer! Shipping time was about 2 days, delivery 1-2 days, through UPS from the Germany/Poland warehouse.
