Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish.

Timeframes were not adhered to at any stage, and I constantly had to chase for updates. Communication was poor throughout, and responses were slow or vague. Despite raising concerns about the lack of progress, nothing improved.

When I instructed them to pause work due to the ongoing communication issues, I was then met with threats of adding interest, which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances.

The level of service has significantly declined compared to previous years. The team who used to work here were far sharper and more proactive. This felt disorganised and purely transactional.

As for pricing, I genuinely struggle to justify the cost. You could get comparable work completed via Fiverr for around £150 rather than paying £2,000 for this level of service.

Overall, dreadful customer service and very disappointing value for money. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This embroidered hoodie dress looks so great, covers any body curves perfectly, makes you look fitter and comfortable at the same time. The material is of high quality, does not get too much of my Jack Russel dog hair (as other black cotton clothes usually do), in fact it doesn't get any, which is the number one top feature for me!! Looking forward to new designs...
