The purchase experience was all good except

The purchase experience was all good, with one reservation. 3DXR use wi-express - webinterpret to do shipping to foreign countries, for an extra $67.38. That's a lot of money to ship from the UK to South Africa. Shipping is usually around GBP10, maybe GBP 15 for a large parcel. Their tracking web site worked for the first few days, then stopped reporting updates at all. 3DXR don't answer emails (perhaps understandably). webinterpret eventually came back and said the parcel was in Belgium. After a huge amount of frustration, and another 10 days, it was tracked to SA. I was told to wait for it to come through customs and fetch it from the local post office. It was purchased on 12 Feb and I received it in my hands on 24 March. Not too bad but not great. The package was shipped EMS. So what did I pay $67.38 for? I often receive packages from the UK Royal Mail in two weeks. So for a king's ransom, I received a less than average shipping experience. Message to 3DXR - rather simply pop the stuff in a box and use the Queen's post office.

The package arrived in one week and undamaged.

+AAA service

Received the package quickly and well protected especially to a military address overseas. Any questions that I had were answered by Support staff within 24 hours if not sooner.
