Good service, on time delivery, great looking battery pack!
When I ordered, my credit card company declined the item charge since it was a foreign (to me) vendor. But the shipping charge went thru. I sent an email about this and the problem was straightened out in less than 30 minutes. The shipping charge was reversed and I reordered (after straightening out the CC company). Excellent and supe-rfast service!
I paid for the faster shipping on my big Li-Ion battery. It arrived right on time and was very well packaged. Haven't flown it yet, but it looks great and I will be doing so soon.
