Great airport drop off and pickup of a Tesla Model S 90D, UK road trip of 1500 miles, $0 fuel costs!! (Gatwick)

Excellent communication from Funmi to start and then subsequently Albert. Very professional and dealt with my requirements promptly.
Would rent from them again without hesitation.

3FEV provided a faultless service when I hired a Tesla from them for a few days.
I had a need for the car to be delivered and collected, which they alone seemed to provide. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and subsequent correspondence, efficient in administration and happy to change arrangements such as time and location of delivery and my partner taking delivery. All the people we had dealings with were friendly. And of course the car itself was great. Unfortunately although we ideally wanted a white car, they only had black in stock - but they've even said that their next purchase will be white in response to customer demand.

Would gladly recommend them to anyone, they arranged the hire so that it would work best for us, and helped me surprise my boyfriend with a present that he loved! Thank you for your great service. You were excellent in every way .I tired the model x ..even though I had problems with the key these guys made sure that I full service of my money's worth. They threw in 2 extra free days at a time of my choice. That's what I call 5 star customer service. When you recognise your mistake and compliment your service to satisfy your customer money's worth. Hands down to these Rob and Maria u are the best.

Very friendly and helpful team despite booking at the last minute. Thoroughly enjoyed the Tesla experience which was a surprisingly relaxing car to drive (the X model).
I didn't have time to read the instructions before the hire, which would have helped, but maybe some more help with finding and using charging stations including some pre paid charging / membership cards for the non Tesla stations would have helped.

We rented a Model X 90D, 6 seater for our two week family road trip around England and Ireland. We originally were going to rent a camper trailer to tow, which meant either hiring an expensive 4x4 Land Rover or the Model X through 3FEV. They were able to offer us a car with a tow hitch after confirming that it was ok with the insurer. In the end however we didn't rent a camper trailer as my international driver's licence wouldn't let me tow anything larger than 750kg. With the Model X we managed to fit all 5 passengers, 3 bags of luggage, 2x strollers, 3 child seats and all the extra charging adapters we required comfortably, and we even added an extra adult passenger for the Ireland leg of our trip. We had no trouble or fees for supercharging in England or Ireland. In Ireland 3FEV managed to help us get a smart card for the ESB ecars fast charging network. The car itself is amazing and really shone around the narrow winding roads of the Ring of Kerry and countryside England. Our delivery specialist Shaun provided a premium service, hand delivered our rental to our hotel at Heathrow airport and spent almost an hour helping us load and explained the car and its controls thoroughly. We had a special price for the rental that meant compared to renting another 6 or 7 seater internal combustion engine people mover, we actually almost broke even, the cost difference would only have been about £100 more for renting through 3FEV and if we had to rent a 4x4 with a tow hitch we came out way ahead, after factoring in costs of fuel, GPS rental, Europe insurance, London congestion charges, etc. This was certainly worth it for the sheer fun of the trip we had. I would definitely look out for another deal and rent with them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 3FEV.
