From real-time chat via their facebook page, all the way through to flexibly ending up delivering to our door, all the staff have been responsive and helpful throughout.

A great experience with the car and those involved. The insurance seemed awkward and I needed multiple proof of ID which luckily I had with me. This may just be the insurance industry in the UK.

A first class experience..!
Everyone I spoke to & met was very patient, polite & understanding around email issues I had, & my late changes in plans.
I would have no problem recommending 3F to anyone.

its perfect for when you need a car with a little bit more interior and cargo space . Or if you want to experience a tesla over a longer period of time.

My experience with 3fevs . Both times have been fantastic , Shaun my delivery expert was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about tesla and EVs in general and was a pleasure to deal with . they were very accommodating delivering the car to me at my place of work and collecting it from my house, both at times which suited me.

i would highly recommend 3fev to anyone.

I received a promotion mail from 3FEV just before Easter offering a great deal for a 5 Day rental. After discussing with my friend who has never driven a Tesla, we decided to take up the offer and holiday in Barcelona with his family in tow. He has got 3 kids and it was an opportunity that we were using to convince his family about EVs.

Shaun didn't have to explain a lot to us about the car since I am already a Tesla enthusiast and knew almost everything about the Model X. A quick run down tutorial was still done for the benefit of my friend, who had never driven.

After we left the 3FEV we drove all the way to Barcelona taking all the necessary Supercharger stops that the car was guiding us to. Taking us a total of 28 hours. At any stretch of the journey the car was on the road for atleast 2 1/2 hour before we made a Supercharger stop which the car had already plotted on the route. The Supercharger stops were perfect for us to stretch our legs and relieve us of fatigue. The similar was the experience on the way back.

Anyone with kids knows that the kids are the cranky ones in a long road trip. Fortunately for us in this instant, they weren't. All the 3 kids were well behaved. My friend thinks it's down to the car being so spacious and quiet, and he could be true.

Throughout the journey we were the envy of other drivers and also traffic officials. The guard on the Eurotunnel came up to us and joked, "you don't have an engine to shut off do you?" A BMW i8 Driver commented on how awesome our Falcon wings were compared to his doors that he has to pull down himself. A random guy asked us about the "self-driving" features and if we had tried it.

My friend and his family were enjoying the drive so much that he suggested we extend the trip for another 2 days. Unfortunately the car was pre-booked and we had to return, but we were given an offer for next time. Thanks for that Shaun.

Our overall experience with 3FEV and Tesla have sold us all on the idea of Electric cars being the future. In my friends words, "We drove 2100 Miles without putting a drop of petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG, gas, or any kind of Dinosaur Juice. Electric Cars are the future"

Electric car infrastructure is not as readily available as one would hope, particularly in London. Charging posts vary in power outputs (most of them take 8+ hours to charge the car), availability is scarce, most are located in expensive car parks and most inportantly, they are provided by a number of different suppliers - each of whom require users to have an account registered and an RFID card to use the post. As a rental, the car should already be registered with the most common providers and RFID cards should be provided to users. You cannot expect people to register for a service (some of whom require direct debit and long term contracts) for a one week rental. I had to register for 2 different providers and by the time I got the RFID card my rental was nearly over. I was scrambling from point to point wasting time on every outing trying to locate a carpark with a charging point to get as much as I can get in there so I dont run out. As charging times are so long, it meant I was having to use cabs to go around or walk for hours so I can leave the car to charge - in the end I pay 42 pounds for parking in a central london car park. This frustration was a daily occurence once the juice ran low in the car.

I have rented a Tesla before from Hertz and they supplied the cards with the car. I had no worry or issues. All i had to do is find a place with a charging space and I was able to charge.

You are catering to renters, most of whom will either be unfamiliar with the infrastructure nor the fact that they have yo be registered to be able to charge (and even then, they wouldnt know which ones to register with). I suggest you get the car registered for a number of the most common charging providers and provide users with the RFID card. You can then charge for usage, as you would for example for any other charges.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shaun more than helpful at every stage. Vehicle in perfect condition and delivery / collection worked around what I could be available for. Had mobile numbers for a couple of members of staff handed to me, any problems just give them a ring - no need for a call centre call with someone who is just reading from a script. Would Definatley use again, just wish I had it for a couple of weeks instead of just the one!!

A great Service! I have hired other tesla;s from other companies in the past and I can honestly say that 3FEV are far above the rest, Their Cars are immaculate and their knowledge of these cars is impressive. I hired the Model X for 2 weeks and the price I paid could not be matched by any other.

I am already planning to hire again , soon.
This is a great idea for anyone who is thinking of taking the plunge and buying a Tesla, it gives you the time to ensure you make the correct choice, as we all know the Tesla car isn't cheap, but it has to be the best
car I have driven.

This experience was just superb from start to finish,Shaun was excellent in arranging everything even though I changed the dates,Then to Matt in Cheltenham,nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything nice and easily over a cup of coffee,Now to the car ,well it was everything I expected and more ,its just amazing ,I will be getting one ,the handling with the low centre of gravity was rock solid no nasty surprises and the performance I was truely shocked at a two ton car moving that swiftly and effortlessly .
