This is the second time we have had to call 3 flow the first time they were amazing this time even better. We had a blocked drain (our own fault). Vic came out and advised us on the problem and had it fixed in just under an hour. We are also having an extension built to which he is now completing all our sewage works. Vic came out to cctv my drain. I was told by another company that my drain could not be refined. Vic took one look at it and booked me in to refine the drain the very next day.

The engineer turned up and tried to change .y 87 years mum 4000 pounds for block drain job should have been 180 pounds but rippepp her off 970 pounds now I say sorry but keep Clear and I will be talking them to court

I’ve now used Vic & team twice to clear a blocked domestic drain. On both occasions, Vic went out of his way to provide a top quality service. He is incredibly responsive, helpful and fairly priced. Most recently Vic answered a 8pm Sunday evening call to clear a completely blocked drain, arriving at the house 20 minutes later and preventing what could have been a much bigger problem.

They came immediately. Sorted the issue in 10 minutes. Cleared away all residue from the full manhole so it looked like it had never happened. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue. Very friendly too. Thank you!
