Plumber reece came to do job at ward point building on Thursday and he was amazing. spent nearly 4 hours to sort out my toilet blocked didn't give up what was a big job in the heat wave excellent care. credit to your firm for such a good worker.

Sean arrived today on time, cut into the communal, cast iron stack pipe and unblocked the problem. He was very friendly, super fast and efficient. After weeks of problems I am so thankful. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

Was contacted on the 28/04/2026 for an appt just 2 days later. Engineer attended on the confirmed date and did a MARVELOUS job at clearing the bathroom sink and bathtub in less than one hour! Free flowing of water has returned which has brought me peace of mind as the plumbing is more than 60 years old in this building and isn't going to be replaced by Clarion Housing any time soon - due to The Regeneration Project taking place! Was extremely impressed by this young engineer's skills and efficiency. Would HIGHLY recommend...........AAA+++!!

Alfie and Fred came to put a CCTV camera down to the pipe to solve my blockage problem.They were professional and polite. They checked and cleaned up after they completed the job. Amazing.

We have had two previous visit from a different company to clear a blocked communal cast iron drain pipe.

Terry arrived bright and cheerful despite the early hour as requested and immediately set to work respectfully taking his sliders on and off as he walked backward and forwards through the property from the drain pipe at the rear to the man hole cover at the front.

Having cleared the blockage he temporarily repaired the plastic pipe that had been cut in desperation previously!!

He certainly wouldn’t be replaced by AI anytime soon….

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Reece Martin for the fantastic job he did unblocking my kitchen sink. It had been blocked for five months, and several engineers were unable to fix the problem. Reece came in and saved the day with his expertise and professionalism. I really appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him!

Currently undergoing chemotherapy for grade 3 cancer, with a disabled child in tow, had a issue with my toilet not flushing which is a major health and safety issue due to spreading toxins, a very professional and curtesy man called Sam attended my property from TW Drainage, he was compassionate, friendly and understood the vulnerability due to the issue, he contacted all the relevant people to issue a fix and had all the necessary equipment, I am extremely grateful for his manner and professionalism, the best company I have ever dealt with, would highly recommend Sam and his services, a big thank you once again.

Today drainage expert, Lee, came to my flat to investigate the foul smell that myself and my neighbours have been getting that has been making us sick and dizzy. He did a fantastic and thorough job of not only investigating my flat but investigated the source of the problem in the stacks and down in the outside drains taking off heavy covers and photographing the evidence. He is the ONLY one who has actually done something. My neighbours and I have been on to Westminster Council to get this problem sorted for weeks but despite promises, noone has actually done anything until Lee came today and I am so grateful to him and TWD.

Lee came out very honest and pleased with the work he done to try and solve the problem. Temporarily rectified the problem but he knows what the issue is and will recommend the next step for us.

The TWD drainage engineers - Alfie and Freddie who came to fix the blockage were very professional, respectful and friendly. They Explained what they done and cleaned up after they had completed their job. Very happy with them.

Lee came to unblock pipes. He worked very well. Sorted the problem. Was very enthusiastic and full of ideas.
