Awful video on social media of one of their employees verbally abusing someone.

Marcus came to descale my kitchen sink pipes and did a fantastic job very impressed.

Very polite and friendly staff. They took their time to ensure everything was done properly. I was really impressed by their work as many had come to try and fix our drains but failed and they got it done in a matter of hours. After 6 months our drains are finally in order thanks to Charlie and Alf.

Turned up when they said they would, did the job and would highly recommend!

Shawn went above and beyond to not only fix my drainage but also the leak underneath my sink. He was kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend

I would give TW ten stars if it was possible. After being taken for a very expensive ride by a previous drainage company - which didn’t fix the problem - we contacted TW after a recommendation. They fixed one problem on the spot, did a thorough survey of the issues and eventually suggested a solution costing about 20% of the previous company’s estimate. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Reported a blocked drain to TWD and within 3 hours a very kind, professional engineer came out called Marcus. He talked us through the reason why this had happened and how to resolve it. Within 25 minutes he had the system working and was on his way. Incredible service and would highly recommend.

We had a great drainage engineer come out called Ben Brady. He was amazing. He done the job so well, it was efficient and cleared up after himself immaculately thank you so much!.

Didn’t really want to write this as the dealings in the initial stage were all good but sadly when the ‘drainage experts’ arrived they seemed extremely uninterested.

After some looking at my drains they came back and said the blockage was off boundary and there’s nothing they could do.

My water company came out and found the blockage about 6 meters from one of the drains the fellas had supposedly looked at and I was informed the blockage was on boundary.

Did exactly what they said they would do. And more. Would recommend as they are professional and polite.

Job well done by Charlie and Alfie. I would 100% what them for the job next time

Marcus came out today after 2 other teams before.
From the moment he arrived he carried out his assessment properly and he actually LISTENED to what I had to say about the blocked drainage problem I was having.
He carried his job with such patience and professionalism until it was completed properly.
He’s a REAL credit to the company ( TW DRAINAGE ) and I look forward to him working on any future jobs on my properties.

Have used this company multiple times now at the Gyms I manage. Markus and the team always do a comprehensive and decent job. Highly recommended.

The drainage team were 1st class and very professional. They carried the works with no fuss or mess.

They carried out a very intensive investigation to where the issues were, and completed the work including replacing the sewer chamber cover. 10/10

Had someone out today big guy from Croydon did a good job after others come and dont even touch it and go polite and even took his shoes off before coming in a++ should give him a payrise

Had Charlie & Alfie for 2 days doing a new sleeve through the drains and soil pipe.
What a great couple of guys made so little mess.
All cleaned and tidy when job was finished.
There were also really good with my disabled son who sat and watched them do some of the work, behind the barrier of course.
