I had the Drain man from TWD called Lee come to me today and I am very happy with he's work good job

Had a Lovly young man called Sonny come to sort my bathroom sink out today, which was an extra job than he thought but he got it done very friendly, chatty and super helpful

Had a gentleman called Terry come round this morning and when I say gentleman he was so respectful of my home and my family.

Terry went above and beyond to help me with my drainage issues which has been going on for the last 2 years and had countless drainage workers come round but no one else actually did a full check of the issue they just came round and flushed the pipes then the issue would come back again but Terry actually cared about the fact that it has been going on for 2 years and actually pin pointed the issue and told me why it keeps coming back! If Terry had come the first time round I don’t think I would have been having the same issues for the last 2 years which is annoying cause once he explained the problem it all made sense I just wish there were more workers like him who actually cared about the problems not just quick fixes so they had repeat business Terry cared about the customer which you don’t get anymore.

So TERRY thank you soo much for taking the time to explain why I’m having problems and for actually doing your job and looking for the problem not just flushing the pipes!

Sam came out for an emergency call out tonight, a really lovely guy, who made sure he fixed our blocked toilet problem! Thanks so much!

Great job. Sam sorted out a sewage problem quickly and efficiently. Really polite, friendly and did a great job. He left the area clean and tidy! Highly recommend.

Greg was very good, did a wonderful job, we show our sincerest respect to him and the company.

We had a clog affecting a communal pipe for three flats. Our flat was ending up with all the waste water from the flat above, causing an accumulation of ware that filtered to the flat below. TW Drainage sent Sam, estimating him to arrive within 4-6 hours at night and ended up coming in 2! The shocking part was that he assessed the problem in 5 minutes and managed to deal with the clog in about 2 minutes. Extremely fast. Also, great personality. Very grateful!

On 12.02.26 I was experiencing a living nightmare! Especially after distasteful communication with my local council (Lambeth), I felt once again Soul crushed and on the brink of a complete mental breakdown. Even more so because this issue is reoccurring! I had no faith or hope that any further communication or interaction from my council (Lambeth) or appointed repairs team (TWD) would be conducive to my situation.
Then Sam, a compotent, empathetic, personable, understanding, highly skilled and even more highly equipped TWD employee came to my rescue !
I was blown away by his initial response to me and the situation. Sam who is the professional (who I'm sure has seen many cases in my likeness) didnt act with arrogance. Instead he listened to me explaining the problem and how distressed it made me feel. Sam was able to explain and enlighten me as to why this issue keeps on reoccurring and how it could be resolved (although that isn't based off of any action i can carry out). Despite the fact that my property was flooded with sewage and stack pipe water, Sam still treated my home with respect and was mindful about how he moved, removed and interacted with the bombshell my home became. To add cherry to my pie, Sam directly entered the stacks with a unique piece of equipment that should hopefully keep the backsurging issue at bay. After all was said and done, for the first time since I had been at the property, I witnessed hot water at its highest force go straight down my kitchen sink without rising in it. How sad that in this 1st world country that felt like magic !
I am very grateful, that even in such distress, a silver lining came and that came as Sam!

On Friday 13th of February I have a service visit to descale the pipe riser in my kitchen and insert a CCTV camera to identify damage to the pipe due to a leak I had for a long time. Alfie and Freddy attended they were on time and very professional. They even went back to the van to cover my floor so that the dirt carried from outside was minimal. Thanks so much. Excellent service. I hope that HomeGroup brings the TWD team back to finish the works and fix the problem with the leak in our block.

Firstly I had a young man called Alfie attend to carry out a camera inspection of an out side pipe, he was polite, friendly and professional. When he could not find any issue on the CCTV, I asked if it was possible to speak to a manager to find out what the next step would be. I then spoke to a gentleman called James, known as Fish. He was amazingly helpful and very reassuring on the phone. A few days later he arrived in person at my property to carry out an inspection of the leaking pipe and preform a dye test to locate the issue. Once he was satisfied that he had located the problem, he took the time to show what was causing the problem and talked me through what would happen next.
Fish/James went above and beyond to keep me updated and informed me of the process every step of the way, of which I was most grateful. The gentleman that carried out the works was also polite and professional, taking the time to inform me that the works had been completed and what was involved. So far I have had no further issues with the pipe, therefore I am more than satisfied with their work and outstanding customer service. If only every company conducted themselves in such a professional and friendly manner, I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Fish & Team. Best Wishes Shirley Evans

I was visited by a very capable and pleasant young man by the name of Sony recently. He went the extra mile to thoroughly check and try to find the cause of the issue.

Even when the cause could not be found because further investigation was necessary, he, like his name, remained positive and answered my many questions as to the possible cause of the issue and what the next steps might be. He reassured me, which was very important. He was patient and took the time that was necessary to thoroughly investigate the issue.

Alfie&Freddy came to put a camera down our drain to help our plumbing problems. They were very polite and very good at what they did, solved our problems 2 very good lads🙏

It was not a great experience however the person that attended (George ) did an excellent job , he was very knowledgeable about what he does and was able to explain it in a way so that I overstand the situation , however the Job is now in need of a Plumbing engineer as the last person that attended to deal with the blockage may have damaged the pump as it is not working and I am unable to use the Shower ,,
I am in remission for stage 4 Lung Cancer and I have had 2 spinal sergeries, I recieve Carers 3 times a day , I can not walk unaided so I am wondering as a vulnerable adult , how long it will be before my shower is up and running again

Had a serious drainage problem with waste coming out of my kitchen sink, one guy from another company came and couldn’t do anything, then SAM THE MAN arrived and found what was wrong in less then 5 minutes! He quickly got to work and sorted the problem. He cleaned all the mess after so I didn’t have to deal with what had been leaking. Absolutely amazing service!
