Sam, was absolutely amazing! Quick and efficient! You can tell he really knew his stuff and gave me plenty tips to avoid sink blockage in the future.

Terry Moore was brilliant he finished the job even when there were lots of obstruction in his way. He stay on it and competed the job. He is a diamond and the job wouldn’t have been completed without him. Many thanks!

The TWD drainage engineers - Alfie,Freddie,Reece and George who came to fix the blockage were very professional, respectful and friendly. They cleaned up after they had completed their job.
It was obvious they knew what they were about and also advised how to avoid future problems. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Keep it up guys.

Connor treated me with respect and dignity. He did not talk down to me. He explained everything while he was doing it and the reasons. He did all he could to sort out my drainage problems. I felt totally relaxed in his company. Thank you Connor, for your your helpful attitude.

Alfie and Freddie came to do a drain survey this morning. They were respectful, polite and explained what they needed to do.
I gave these gentleman five stars because they throughly deserve them.
Absolutely would call them in again if and when needed.

Shawn visited my property, and l found him to be extremely friendly, informative land professional.

In addition to that, he explained why and how my issue developed and managed to find the mainline buried under the patio in my front garden. He has also arranged for one of his colleagues to fit the correct cover for it.

All in all, I would like to say it was a pleasure having Shawn at my property today.

First time having this company out after have new landlord. I explained history to the person who visited today which Lee i felt listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure toilet and sinks were unblocked and checked out side drainage to as i am the gound floor flat. I was visited today by Freddie and Alfie who came out to sort our drainage and plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Your engineer George came today to inspect and repair a blocked kitchen sink and I have to say he was very pleasant and polite and did a very thorough and efficient job

Came out quickly with in less than 3 hours of calling my housing George was very polite and talked me through all the problems and what will happen next have all ways had great things from this company all the staff I’ve dealt with is friendly and polite and get the job done and clean up after they done great work

The Plumber George was absolutely friendly and professional. He explained the problem and did the job in good time. He also gave good after care advice in case if the problem reoccurs. Amazing job!

I just want to give TW drainage a massive thank you especially Anthony and Shawn. They were efficient, fast and came in the time frame given. Lambeth council should be thanking them a million. Guys thank you for saving the day. Communication was 10/10.
