My apologies for the delay you experienced. I can assure you it was very unusual and I thought I'd clarify why I think it may have happened.
The order was placed on Monday 22nd December after working hours, meaning processing began on Tuesday 23rd (two days before Christmas). During standard off-peak times, it would have been delivered within 5 working/business days, excluding weekends (i.e. by Tuesday 30th December). Because of reduced production capacity during the Christmas and New Year season, it was delivered one week later (Tuesday 6th January). I am not writing this to justify the delay. However, I would like to clarify that it was officially one week late, not three, explained by reduced production capacity during the Christmas season.
As a small token of appreciation for your patience, I've decided to send you a free bonus T-shirt in the same design and size. This should arrive within 5 working days. Please feel free to keep it or gift it to a friend.

At this stage, packaging and extra branding elements are intentionally kept to a minimum, both to reduce waste and to keep prices as fair as possible. This allows the main focus to be on the quality, comfort, and (above all) the message and design displayed on the garment itself.
I understand that details like hang tags are something some customers look for, and your comments are genuinely helpful as the brand continues to grow and improve. I hope you’re pleased with the quality of the items, and thanks again for sharing your thoughts brother.
Great quality clothing
Great quality clothing, I got the John 15:13 hoodie. It looks exactly as shown and felt great quality and comfort wise.the colours of the print are awesome and people have really been noticing when I wear it out. So it's great for planting those seeds!
I went to order my fiancé a 'God is good' hoodie that comes in navy and white, I think, but he prefers black. So I messaged to see if the owner could do it in black instead of navy. They got back to me quickly and processed the order through. I thought this went above and beyond and they said kind words of blessing also.
Lovely company and will certainly be happy to order more in the near future!
The only fault I could find was maybe to have some more designs but that's not a bad thing, nor the companies fault. It's a preference and show of how good their items are. It's hard to get Christian based clothing that is good quality, affordable and ran by lovely Christ following Christians.

Before I even received it, 3rd Day emailed me explaining the mistake and sent out the correct shirt right away — plus they let me keep the 2012 T-shirt free of charge. The T-shirts are great quality and the customer service was outstanding. I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be buying again!
