I've used them to make a custom embroidered sweatshirt for work and couldn't be happier with it. Communication was quick and easy, turnaround was fast and the quality of the sweatshirt and embroidery is excellent. Would definitely use again!

I first used 3rd Rail back in 2008 when launching my very first brand, WhoDaresWears. As someone completely new to the process, Rob (the owner at the time) was incredibly helpful and guided me through every step — making that first launch possible.

Fast forward almost 17 years, and I’m now launching two new brands. Naturally, I went back to 3rd Rail, and once again they didn’t disappoint. This time I dealt with Tom and Murph, who were both fantastic — nothing was too much trouble, and their communication was spot on.

I had a tight deadline and needed the garments printed and delivered before I went on holiday. They guaranteed they would be with me in time, and sure enough, DPD arrived before 10:30am on the exact day promised.

If you’re a brand or band looking for a reliable, quality print company, I can’t recommend 3rd Rail enough. Consistently excellent service and results — even after all these years.

Great speed, professionalism and general experience through out the process. The team worked hard to deliver some bespoke caps for us with a super short lead time. Would highly recommend

We went through 3rd rail to have about 50 tees printed onto. We had a previous factory so a sample of them which wasn't very high quality and going to 3rd rail was a great idea, as the quality is extremely high. They finished the 50 t-shirts in less than 2 weeks and delivered on the exact deadline day they outlined to us. Super communicative throughout the process, making sure that they are doing all the specifications you are looking for rather than doing what they feel would be best. Meaning we got the t-shirts to look exactly what we wanted them to look like. I would highly recommend working with them to anyone else who is considering using a printing factory for their garments!

Ordered samples , thank god I did . They were 6 weeks late. Poor communication , with lots of excuses. Then 2 different people answer on same day , with different stories. Finally get the samples , print is very faded , it looks like its been washed 100 times. Pink on black , cracked and you can see black under. Not solid colour. Black on white sweatshirt , faded and not solid at all.I never write bad reviews but this is shocking to me

High quality garment printing. we needed an 8 colour print with neck labels, folded and bagged. These guys delivered to Notts in four days! Would recommend

Fantastic service. I got a bulk of hoodies from my collection printed with them. I found them knowledgable and easy to work with. I will be using them again for my garments.

Horrendously bad printing. I had 150 tees printed half black tees with white ink discharge print and half black plastisol on white tees. Firstly most of the alignment of logo on a lot of the tees were wonky/aligned badly. There wasn't enough white ink in the discharge mix and where very off white/creamy brown in colour. Quite a lot were also touched up with a totally different white ink which washes differently and is permanently marked which made so many unsalable rejects with a combination of both issues. The black ink on white tees is cheap and does not wash well… It fades dramatically after just a couple of washes. 3rd Rail tried to blame the gildan t-shirts for causing these issues. I've since had a similar job done with another printer with exactly same type of gildan tees and have had good results. Also lastly the garment labels that were sewn in were mostly off center and wonky. Just generally poorly put together all round from this company. Since Using 3rd rail I have heard similar bad feedback from other brands and garment distributors which had worked with 3rd Rail. I would not recommend.
