I had a technical issue with my laptop which prevented me from doing the test. This was no problem for 3SIX they just Face-timed me and everything worked fine, very professional, friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend using them

The best customer service ever
The best customer service ever! When we submitted our test results but forgot to include the passport picture a real person called me and advised what I should do. I had the results in seconds after resubmitting them!

Worked Very Well
This service worked perfectly and was completed in about 40 minutes. We found it best to use a tablet when conducting the actual test then sent the results from our laptop. The confirmation of results was received within 90 minutes. The only difficulty we had was hearing the test supervisor but that might have been our equipment or the link - so we gave it a full 5 stars.
Hopefully we will now avoid delays at the cruise port in 2 days time.
