Generally we keep our prices so low (right across the catalogue of over 20,000 products) there is very little room for further discounts. We recognise that this bucks the traditional trend in the industry of discounting inflated prices. We feel that this makes our prices and services very transparent and is more of an ethical approach.
We do work closely with our suppliers to arrange interesting and attractive promotions and circulate these through email to those that have joined our mailing list and/or regular business customers (unless they do not wish to receive these). If you are not receiving these discounts and promotions and would like to, please just get in touch with our sales or customer services teams and they will be delighted to arrange this for you.

In most cases, orders received with by 5pm on a weekday will be with you on the next working day. Our distribution centre can handle around seventy thousand order lines a night and the picking operation continues until midnight for a next day delivery!

Fantastic Customer Service
Easy to order and fast delivery. We had to return the product because we realised that it was the wrong size for what we needed. Super friendly customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Product was collected the next day and aftercare checked that everything had gone smoothly.
10/10 for this team, they are now at the top of our office suppliers list!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Bought office chairs from this company in May this year. They are now faulty, even though it’s a home office used occasionally by my husband and I. 3 split faux leather arms, metal poking through seat pad and ruined wooden floor from the wheels!!
My issue is unresolved with the manufacturer ‘Dynamic Office Seating’ and 3WM. Neither company will take responsibility for my defective goods! I am left out of pocket with 2 chairs not fit for purpose.
