Works well for while, but then it's a nightmare. Customer service will just beat around the bush, particularly when you face issues with the roaming. Not ideal.

I’ve been with 48 a good few years now . Never had a problem . Only thing I don’t like is that if you go to any other country you can’t make a call or use your internet . Plus there is no number for you to contact 48 to resolve a problem . Other members of my household have changed over to other net works because of this . I’ll probably change over myself eventually as this is a problem when travelling. I would never think to change as the price at 1299 is great and wouldn’t get it off any other network for this price. But there no contact number to talk to a agent or no usage outside of Ireland

The sim card keeps refreshing/not working and it is not straightforward to have roaming in the EU.

You can't get better value than 48 Mobile. All my calls and data are covered every month with great coverage no matter where I am. We have 5 mobiles in our house using 48 Mobile for the price of one monthly contract rate with any of the other providers. The beauty is also that I am not tied to a contract. You just pay each month (I have 'Auto-Renew' on) or not. You decide.
