No data when travelling abroad…
Have trouble with 48 when I go abroad to UK every year , no roaming and data and have to buy a uk sim and use that while I’m there! Same for holidays in Spain etc!

Not good if you travel, otherwise ok
Good service while at home but once you leave the country it’s a different experience. It is impossible to get 48.ie to work while travelling in Europe.
They have many dedicated pages for trouble shooting how to get it to work, none of which you can do before you leave the country!
The last thing anyone needs, is to land in a country, search for WiFi somewhere and trawl through videos/ guides for what to do depending on what device you have. (I’ve had this with Android and iOS)
You can’t call them up before you leave and ask them will it work when I land in Paris because they don’t know for some reason?
I never had this problem with 3, Vodafone or Eir. Just switch on the phone when you land and they would find a network…
