I had two items ordered 4 weeks before my event .
1. The first part was delivered 2 days after my event.
2. The second part was never delivered.
However the company was quick to refund for the part i did not receive.

There should be a one time set up fee not $45 every time you order ....and shipping rates are ridiculously expensive.
