High quality products
The products were very high quality and the logo they printed on them was perfect! We had a very large order which included 4 different products and they were all great. However, one of the products was mixed up when they shipped it. We got the product personalized for another business and they got our. 4AllPromos did send shipping labels so that we ended up exchanging the product and it was made right. They just weren't very communicative during the process.

I am still waiting for Jean or some other management official to address/correct the problem i.e. sent wrong color bag on our reorder.
I am still waiting for someone to respond to my calls to correct my reorder. My initial order was delivered prematurely before we made our final selections but we keep decided to keep so the bags would not be wasted. However, much to our disappointment when we reordered requested only a color print change from yellow to green we received bags in white instead of the color of the original order.

Order items they arrived just thrown in the box with scratches a nd broken parts I call they will replace ….. Takes over a week to get replacement and they arrive the same exact way no I am responsible for mailing back if I want a refund.

The product I ordered (engraved pens for a party gift) were exactly as pictured and the order arrived on time and as expected. I would definitely order from this company again! Customer service good but problem with product
Customer service is strong and the product was high quality, but the 250 tool pens I ordered all had an oversized "Made in China" sticker on each one of them that you can't peel off without leaving a sticky residue. They credited me 25% of the cost which gave me enough money to pay someone to peel them off one by one and clean each one with goo gone.

Im giving 3 stars because I was delivered the wrong pens (pens that included a different business' logo etc). Ill say the sale representative was helpful and responsive, and sent me the pens I ordered later on. Unfortunately Im unhappy with the pens, the logo is too big, which was misleading given the design that I shared and approved.
