Ordered a spare Hoover belt
Ordered a spare Hoover belt. £3.50 postage. Despatched 3/12/20, not arrived by 10/12/20. Contacted customer service, told to wait further 14 days as royal mail don't consider it lost until 14 days passed!!! Can't believe a small item is not immediately resent and apologies given. Wait until 24th, then that will take me till probably new year, absolutely diabolical customer service.

Poor Service
Ordered item from this company in March 10 week’s ago service was terrible I would give them no stars if I could they kept promising me the item was ready to be delivered but never did.
I cancelled the item and all of a sudden the item was being sent out to me which I refused, I ordered the same item from another company and got it within 4 days would certainly never use them again.
