Absolutely basic parts that need changing on the filtering system - going through their official system 'powered by..!!!' Nearly four weeks gone and then an email to say not at all sure when the items will come - could be 30 days - but they took the money straight on order. They are the official stockists and havent got the parts and it could be two months.
The hoover is less than two years old so not trying to source for some old product.
How did they get five star reviews on this machine from several sources - another dodgy online review?

I bought a heater part for my dryer yesterday. I did panick after reading the reviews. However it was delivered today and I now have a working dryer again. I’m very happy! Thank you!

As a follow up on a previous review, I bought a washing machine door back in July 2025, they said it was in stock ready for next day delivery. I waited in that next day. Nothing arrived. Nothing the next day. By the end of the week still nothing. A month went by and I honestly thought I'd been had by scammers.
But to be fair, it seems they may not be scammers as they sent me a refund late October after admitting they didn't have the door, never had the door, and could not get the door.
It seems strange to me then that they are still advertising it.
Anyway, I got my money back, money that will now go towards a brand new washing machine.
Would I use this company again?
Never.
I did find them reasonably responsive to messages. They did make reassuring noises as to it'll be another 3-4 weeks, it'll be another 3-4 weeks again, yes and again, another 3-4 weeks, but at the end of the day, for them to sell me something they offered on next day delivery in July, to finally come clean in October admitting they can't get it, it's somewhat less than unprofessional. I thought it was a scam and I thought I was just being fobbed off. This is my experience of Hooverspares. Don't make it yours.

Would give less than one red star if possible.
Recently bought a Hoover HF4 vacuum cleaner which works fine, BUT!!!
When I ordered a l spare filter (they don't last forever) from the Hoover Spares site I was given a 3-4 weeks delivery. Five weeks passed, and nothing! I emailed customer service to be told that they earliest they expect the item in stock is OCTOBER (didn't say which year!).
There is something seriously wrong here.
I have trawled the Web, but the filter is not available in the UK, even from multi parts stockists. The parts feature on European based multi-stockists websites but, on reading reviews, they have the same problem consequently leaving many people in the UK waiting, and waiting ....
If I had known that I was going to
receive this kind of shabby service I
would not have bought the machine.
Hoover were once a top brand that people recognised and were proud customers. It is no more the trusty brand that it was and is better avoided. This is what I will be telling friends, family and aquaintences.

Very impressed with the speed of service. I ordered a replacement door shelf for my fridge/freezer around 8pm. I selected next day delivery so paid extra. The shelf was delivered at around 8.15am next day.

I ordered a replacement glass, for my hoover washing machine door,as my old one had a crack through it, was quick delivery, and part fitted exactly, and was very well packaged, also really happy overall thank you.👏

I ordered a new water catcher for the dryer from here, and instantly worried when I checked the reviews on here, however took a risk as the company information said it was owned by another company who had decent reviews. I cannot complain at all about the order. I ordered it at 2pm, and it was with me the next day and packaged wonderfully to ensure it wouldn’t break in transit.

I mistakenly thought that a company headed up Hoover Spares was connected to Hoover. It is not. I placed an order for a washing machine part on 28th August and by 6th September I had heard nothing further nor was there any info on the tracking. You cannot speak personally to anyone so a live chat it was! I was told that the part had been ordered in and would not be available until 22nd September. I said this was totally unacceptable as there was no reference to such a delay when ordering. I have given them 2 stars as opposed to 1 as I was immediately offered a cancellation of the order and a refund which I accepted. The money was back in my account the following day. I then headed to Ransom Spares where I paid a couple of pounds extra for next day delivery and the part was received within 24 hours of ordering. What a difference!

Absolutely ridiculous company. Huge scam. Kept me on the hook for months about a spare part that they assured me was always just about to arrive. Refused to call the manufacturer even after over an hour speaking to them on the phone. Avoid at all costs.

This site is a scam! I ordered spare filters for my hoover on 1/5/23. Nothing arrived, I just get emails saying the part is die back in stock within 28 days. I tried emailing & asking to cancel & refund my money. This has not happened. Clearly all they do is take your money and say items are out of stock. Avoid 😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!, I ordered a hinge for a hoover candy tumble dryer on 1/02/2023 4 months later it still has not arrived!!, All you get is an automated e-mail every every week stating the same rubbish "The item is due back in stock within 28 days" but it's not. Customer service are just robots and say the same thing "Within 28 days". Will be asking for a refund I'm not waiting any longer for a small piece of plastic.

I ordered a spare brush for my vaccuum from hooverspares.co.uk. That was 38 days ago. The site is uncontactable. There is only a contact form, which is rejected as spam.

This company advertise parts they do not have in stock. I waited 15 days for a part only to be told by their customer service (when I contacted them) that they did not have it in stock and could not get one. The part was a belt for a tumble drier! I wasted over two weeks and they could not even be bothered to email me with an update. Currently waiting for a refund which they say will take 5 days.

i Purchased a cyclonic dirt container assembly order number OH90240331 on the 21/3/23 and it hasnt arrived.
When am i going to recieve this?
it is urgent as i have no vacume cleaner

I ordered a door hinge for a tumble drier over 4 weeks ago, I have tried calling them ,live chatting but no one is available for this service , numerous e-mails and just get an automated reply about royal mail hold ups. this company does not give a hoot about its customers. I have given up chasing my item. Only consolation is they only ripped me off for £3.45 Avoid this company at all costs. Alan Lavender.

I ordered a spare part over a month ago and all I received are emails telling me order is 2-4 weeks away. Terrible service.

Order never arrived. No contact from them until I chased numerous times. Finally got a refund after 2 months and numerous new delivery dates.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I placed an order for a seal for my fridge on 10th September. I received zero communication from the company and I chased at start of October to be told it would be available on 21st October.
This date came and went - no communication again. Then i contacted on 24th October to be told it was not available and a refund would be processed.
I feel that if i had forgotten about the order, that they would have just attempted to keep my money. Very poor company!
