5 STARS FOR JULIE (4IMPRINT MANAGER) ZERO STARS FOR ALL OTHERS at 4imprint

Julie, the Manager who called me back 9/23/2022, 610AM Pacific Time, deserves FIVE STARS and solved my concerns, after I demanded to speak with a Manager/Supervisor. All other deserves Zero Stars, that's why I am only rating this experience, 2.5 Stars. I am managing a small family non-profit organization. Normally, my suppliers are local here in CA. The 4Imprint TV ad is executed so good, I got persuaded to order and ignored all the negative reviews I have read; until I discovered it myself. First, their website is so tricky, every move, you'll be charged, even if they advertise shipping in 3 days (so many fine prints and loop holes you need to navigate). Sent my artwork the same time I made may order & payment. Artwork was pure text and was just pure black. They never get back to me for approval until after 2 days, and the customer service keep using the word "logo" where there is no logo, as it is pure text in black. When I started asking questions and raising my concerns about the process and the delivery date, the customer service started arguing with me via email instead of helping me come up with an acceptable solution. Customer service even blamed me for not putting the date needed, when the items I ordered is supposed to be delivered before my event date. 4imprint should follow the business models of e-commerce companies like Amazon, E-bay, Costco Checks where the unit pricing is very clear, delivery options are clear, and extra services are clarified. Based on my experience, 4imprint will bury this detailed information and will "gotcha" you with terrible customer service, extra charges, and blame you along the way. Either 4imprint should promote Julie to be the Top Operations Manager to shake up the entire operating template and give her a huge bonus, OR Julie should be hired by other e-commerce companies that are excellent in customer service. In as much as I will be forever grateful to Julie for fixing the issues, I will never order from 4imprint again. The negative reviews I read are all true. I will order somewhere else where my business is appreciated.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been waiting for my order that I placed in JANUARY! They send about 1/3 of it then disappeared. Their customer service SUCKS! I'll be reporting them to the BBB if I don't have a delivery next week. I've called and emailed NUMEROUS times and all you get is the runaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. In all honesty, they were fine before Covid. They have really crapped the bed since!

Not Happy!

I have been a business owner for many years, and I am launching a new chapter with a huge grand opening this weekend. I ordered some products I specifically asked to receive before the grand opening. Apparently, there was a problem with the payment method I chose. Since these products were time sensitive, I would have expected to receive a phone call so we could easily rectify the problem. Instead, they sent an email. When the first email wasn't answered, they decided to send a second email. After that, they did nothing. I am a very busy business owner, and I believe a problem such as payment would necessitate a phone call. I am extremely disappointed because there is no way I can receive my products before this weekend. Not everyone is on their email all the time, and I believe this was an important enough matter to warrant a simple phone call. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Phenomenal!!!

4 imprint customer service is phenomenal! They surpassed expectations in customer service (Alyssa), shipping, quality, and production. Exceptional to say the least! I highly recommend with marketing supplies.

Rates promoted NO where close to real cost

I understand that the more you order the lower the price, BUT…..saying a printed bag is .69 each and you get to the end and it’s over 4 times that is a bit misleading. My particular item required 15,000 to get down to the “as low as” price and that’s REALLY misleading.

4imprint does not care about customers.

I was missing a dozen of the shirts that I had ordered on my last order. Several event participants went home without shirts. Today, I called to check on another order that I placed three weeks ago. This order still has not gone to production. NO COMMUNICATION, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible Customer Service

Absolutely horrible customer service from top to bottom. The customer service associate we worked with had absolutely no communication or transparency with us regarding a t shirt order. Complained and worked with the customer service manager who was just as bad. Their head of operations set me up with a customer service lead, who at least communicated with us, but always provided the wrong information, including stock status. BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE

Terrible Execution on a Simple Order

Worst company I have dealt with. I had a big Sales Campaign where we need items as part of the promotional efforts my Sales Team would engage with.

I started 6 weeks out to get some SIMPLE items AND……the order was messed up front to back! Items were not in stock, items never made it to production, items shipped to the wrong location!!!!! How can anyone mess up that much when that’s what the CORE of your business is!!!!!! Save yourself the heartache and choose a different company if reliability is important to you!

STAY AWAY from this Company

STAY AWAY and do not order from these people. If you have an issue they hang up on you. If they promise a credit they pretend it does not exist. They promise to call and never call or email. It has taken me hours to get this order correct. It was not worth it and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We own a landscaping company in AZ and ordered simply 12 shirts.... What A NIGHTEMARE! d4DO NOT WWASTE YOUR TIME! MARGE IS THE WORST. She doesnt know what she is doing and out of spite decided to cancel our order even though she spoke with my partner who said he would wait for the shirts she sends me this email that she decided to cancel the order on us anyway! shes rude and incompetent. they should vet what employees they allow to interact via email with customers. "I called the contact number and asked for you & Nick advised you were not available, advised him of the delivery date of 11-19 & he indicated that was fine. I just spoke to him a few minutes ago and advised you are requesting to
cancel, then to please cancel. I will have the order cancelled.
Have a good rest of the week and I apologize this did not work for you."

Really left me in a bad spot

I had an order that was supposed to arrive by a certain date, and it didn't. When I followed up to see when it was coming, they said there was a "slight delay" of 7 weeks. They must have known that the delay was happening for a week or two before I heard about it, which left me totally scrambling to fill an order for a customer before the holidays. I asked them what they could do to fix the problem asap and they didn't apologize and just sent me some links to different products that weren't adequate substitutions. I was shocked how bad the customer service was and couldn't believe they totally didn't seem to care at all about bailing on me last minute!

Horrible experience

We needed 2 separate items printed in a hurry so I deliberately selected items that were in stock in their 24 Hour Rush category. I approved the proof for each item separately and thought we all set. Wrong. I was notified DAYS LATER for each item that they were not in stock. Why wouldn't you confirm the inventory BEFORE I proofed the item?? And why days later? What happened to the 24 hour part? This is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth because we needed these items rush printed and shipped and here we are with no items even being printed.

Unreliable, rude, lying, overpriced shysters

I've had poor service and been let down by 4Imprint in the past, but stupidly tried them again recently. They not only let me down on the main product I ordered, leaving me in a real bind with a client, but outrageously they also retrospectively altered the 'in stock by' date on their website and then blatantly lied to me, telling me I'd got it wrong! Luckily I had screenshot the original listing to show my client.

When the two products I did order finally arrived, one which cost me £90 contained the receipt from 4Imprint's own chain supplier, I assume by mistake, as the receipt was for £14!! And it was clear why, absolute low quality rubbish. Furious!

Also, I can only assume it's a lousy company to work for as staff are generally, rude, snide or dismissive.

4Imprint are just the worst. Completely unreliable, rude, lying, overpriced shysters.

FYI if you are in the UK and need pens try pensunlimited.co.uk (same products as 4Imprint, vastly better service) and if you need branded merchandise try ethicstar.com (a smaller company but good range and great to deal with).

Large corporate meeting botched by 4Imprint

I work for a large pharma company and our division was having a relaunch of a new logo where we asked 4Imprint to brand 4 items. Only one was delivered as ordered. It took over a week for their initial response to our request. We should have known then. Numerous emails, planning meetings where the vendor no showed virtually even though we hung on the line over 20' waiting. Several proofs and mock-ups with errors we corrected. Ultimately it too them so much time to get things correct and to respond to us that we were going to miss our deadline for the team to receive materials by the meeting. Then last minute they tell us that the 2 shirts we requested the embroidery on weren't even available and they could only do 1 color of thread for the embroidery. WORST was that we ordered customized fun printed socks and they sent all 100 of us blue men's baseball uniform socks!

Rudest Customer Service

Called to get some information about how the order process works and the guy couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. In fact, he didn't even wait for me to thank him at the end before hanging up. 4imprint, you need to work on how your employees communicate with customers. Won't be ordering from them.
