This promotional products company is amazing. I ordered pens twice and I'm very satisfied with the products. The staffs are very kind and helped me a lot.

I work with dozens of vendors for my business, and I have never had as much frustration as working with 4imprint. They emailed me to tell me my item was out of stock 2 weeks after I placed the order, and 2 months later I am still waiting for them to come in stock, which keeps getting delayed by the estimated delivery date. Not only that, they are shipping my order in various packages with absolutely no indication of what's coming in the order, so I'm forced to wait until it shows up at my door to see what's been printed. The departments obviously do not have good communication with each other, and while every business is effected by supply chain issues, I've never worked with a vendor with such abysmal estimated turnaround times. I could go into more detail of this horrendous process but I've wasted hours already dealing with them and I will never order from them again.

I placed an order for journals, bags and water bottles for my business. Ordering process was super easy. My order arrived earlier than expected and the quality of each item is amazing!! I will continue to order promotional items for my business and all my clients businesses. Great Job and highly recommended!

We needed a quick turn around on a trade show bag, so we used this company. What they offered online when you fill out the fields for a quote, did not match what they can actually do and provide. After going through a few customer service reps (not helpful at all) and supervisors, we went with the product the supervisor said would work best for what we wanted. Well, when we received the product, our logo was poorly printed and the bag was not what we hoped for. You get for what you pay for, haste makes waste. Read reviews before spending your money on these companies.

i would not order from them they wont let you leave a reveiw on there page cant answer simple questions and when you ask for a sample of what they are gonna do for you they never send it very shady probably scammers STAYAWAY FROM THEM!!!! they claim they started reveiews for products in 2006 thats 15 years and most products have less than 100 reveiws trash scammers

If i could leave zero stars i would. I placed an order with multiple items, after placing received an email that shirts i wanted were out of stock. I then found another color for that part of the order. At this time i asked if the other items were in stock and was told yes they were and everything was good to go. About a week later received another email that one size of the other shirts were out of stock, i called and asked if i could get that size in another in stock color. They agreed and went through the colors of which were in stock, i chose one. then another week goes by no contact, i after i emailed them multiple times i was told the second color i picked was out of stock and would be in shortly. all in all over a month for some shirts that were said to be in stock. Their on time guarantee is misleading as it states that your order will be free "PERIOD" they split your order into multiple orders when they mess up so that the customer gets shafted. The customer service is terrible as i got many emails that said this person is out of the office. just keep looking for a better company or better yet spend the few extra sollars and go local where you can see and feel what you are to get. i will not deal with 4IMPRINTS again.

I placed an order for 48 polo shirts and have to say that I was very impressed for the way they handled my issue and corrected it with ease! I am giving them 5 stars plus for the attentiveness and courteous customer care. I highly recommend 4imprint, they do a great job!

This company is amazing! My rep Erin Hopfensperger was outstanding. Ordering was a breeze and their design team would call me within 1 minute of putting in any design change request. I have ordered supplies with other companies and 4imprint is top notch and by far way exceeding all of my expectations. I ordered marketing supplies for our physician offices and the sticky note blocks were so unique and the print was perfect. When they arrived my whole team was in awe at how amazing they looked. I will be switching all my imprint needs to them.

I guess there is no zero star or I would have left that. If you have to call them plz be ready to deal with rudeness. Its almost like they do not even want your business. I would hope the owners would address this but I really don't care at this point I found a better place to buy.

My experience with this company was absolutely POOR.
They were very discriminatory and provided immensely subpar uncooperative services.

I STRONGLY advise that you think twice before ordering anything with them. I don’t normally write these type of reviews, but it was honestly that bad.

We had order custom magnets. Everything was spelled correctly. They insisted their art department redo them and they spelt it wrong. So we called back and they sent some that were spelt correctly. They continue to try charging my card 5 times. Each time we call and they say we shouldn't be charged for it. We had to get a whole new bank card...

Placed an order in March, delivery date tomorrow, so I logged into my account to see if it was on it's way yet in 'My Orders' section it said I had no orders in the last six months. Bit of a panic, so phoned them and a bit of a stroppy lady informed me that this part of the website doesn't work! That doesn't bode well does it. The woman on the phone couldn't tell me if it had been sent she just repeated that expected date of delivery is tomorrow, not the best of customer services!!

We decided to keep using custom ink because 4imprint was so trash that I threw my computer at the wall. So technically 4imprint owes me money, and I need extra money for the mental damage it did for me. 200 dollars for the computer, 1000 dollars for the mental damage, and 400 dollars interest. Also I will be suing 4imprint because the amount of time I spent looking at where I can design a shirt I could have gotten first place in the Olympics world tournament.

Just placed another two orders with 4imprint today. I have to say that their product offering, customer service, attention to detail, communication and satisfaction guarantee cannot be beat! Last year, we had one order that came in incorrectly -partially our fault- and they insisted on making it right and redoing the entire order as I had originally wanted it. This cost them time and money, which they freely gave to make sure I was completely satisfied...they were right and here I am ordering yet again. Thank you, 4imprint, you are a ***STELLAR*** partner in promoting my businesses!

What a nightmare it has working with this company.
Instead of one rep handing my order, I have had 3 which has made the process totally confusing. A few days ago, I completed my 2 other orders and have not been sent anything to review for final approval from any of these reps. They tried to break up my branding to fit their product without consultation. They did not use my branded colors at the original order because. I did not have that choice. I have 3 colors on my logo. Black, White and hex#dd3333. Simple stuff. I was the one who had to follow up to make sure my branding colors were used. Right now I am looking into some other possible vendors.

Professional sales group. Having been working with this team for 3 years buying hats for my business. Pleasant and good listeners, good prices, quality. Quick turnaround on product completion/delivery.
4Imprint forever.

I ordered beanie hats and the finished work was horrible and not a nice as the sample. I asked for white or black stitching and the went with black and you could not even read the name. I do not think they do any of the work themselves. Anyone would have stopped after one hat and said this don't look good.

Charity Water Bottles Order.

Just wanted to thank Carol, Becky and the team for their support with a recent order for branded water bottles for a sponsored charity event. They couldn’t have been more helpful, the Oregon bottles are a great quality, printed and delivered super fast at a brilliant price and are the perfect size for our needs. Print quality is excellent. Heartily recommend this firm and we will buy from you again.

This company will tell you that you will get your order by a certain date but that date will be the day they go "to production" then it will be another 3 weeks before the order gets shipped out. BEWARE!! The kids I ordered signs for will most likely be in college before I get my order. Oh! And you can't cancel because the order is in production. SCAM!!!
