After reading negative reviews, I seriously considered not ordering at first, but I decided to take a chance and I'm very happy. The products I wanted were exactly the same, and they arrived even earlier than expected.

Spent ages researching and working out which replacement knob I needed for my gas range. The knob arrived and it is not compatible with my oven as the shape of the connector is not right. Now I have to waste time returning and waiting for refund, and repurchasing another.

Absolutely rubbish.

I spent ages carefully identifying the correct replacement part for my dishwasher and 4Kenwood advertised, but on arrival, it was the wrong size and wouldn’t even connect to my pipe. They don’t even list full specifications of parts on their site so I couldn’t even catch the problem at source. The returns process was a faff too and the fact that there’s no one you can speak to directly is pretty infuriating. 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option.

I was worried after seeing the reviews on here but had no problem when ordering a replacement heating element for my oven.

Ordered 3pm on Friday for Saturday delivery and all arrived no problem.

The company is under the 4ourhouse umbrella who have good reviews too.

You don't even deserve 1 star. Kenwood leisure screwfix how ever many other names you want to call yourself!!!! Scamming liars that take customers money and send generated messages when ever someone trys to get an update on an item weeks and weeks in!!! Your a joker and a disgrace and how your company is still trading i will never know!!!

Ordered the goods to be delivered 23/7/24 paid the postage as required for this. Informed on 25/07/24 that the goods had been dispatched and still not arrived. This is Screwfix at it's best an absolute shambles and hey promise a good service, I don't think so

Ordered a burner control knob for my Kenwood range cooker (it's made out of solid plastic, so the part is quite sturdy).

The part arrived absolutely smashed to pieces (in about 10 'bits') having been 'packaged' in a thin card (not cardboard) envelope with NO padding/protection.

On speaking with 4kenwood via chat, despite me providing an image clearly showing the state of the item, I was advised that I still had to return the part to obtain a refund.

Once I've received my refund, I'll definately be going elsewhere and won't ever use this company again.

Given I'd provided proof of what had happened, if they'd just sent me a replacement part I'd have probably left a 4 star review because I would have felt that they'd handled a issue that they'd caused in the right way...but, no... #crap

I ordered a bowl and lid for my mixer which took days to arrive in a large box and not in Kenwood bags.( On the website it said I could get it the next day.) When it arrived the bowl didn't fit and the lid was far too small for the bowl sent. However, the return process was amazingly easy and quick. I immediately reordered on a Saturday and the correct bowl and lid arrived on the Monday morning in a suitable box in Kenwood stamped bags - I am very impressed!

I didn't realise this was a Screwfix front 'til I saw the Paypal receipt and I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the order, based on my previous experiences with Screwfix. I'm in Ireland and since Brexit, Screwfix has hidden the fact its stock is in the UK. I found I was paying VAT in the UK at point of sale and again in Ireland when Customs & Excise intercepted it. These people ignored my instructions, sent LESS THAN AN HOUR after the order, and four days later told me the thing had been dispatched before my cancellation got to them and I couldn't cancel. This is a company that's misleading people about its identity and used a hotmail address. NOTHING about it is trustworthy.

I ordered additional items for my Kenwood food processor. Both fragile items were crammed into a small flimsy box with no protection. The juicer arrived with a star crack in it. I photographed the lid and asked for a replacement to be sent. Can’t do, must replace the whole item then have to reorder. Really! And this was after they had written off my original email as resolved.

needed a replacement lid for my kenwood mini chopper...bought one from espare...didn't fit...found this company bought another....does not fit....both Companies are linked financially as they are both screwfix payment nane....absolutely rubbish doesn't fit and is not to the right spec to be able to. avoid like the plague!

Well, having read the reviews on here after placing my order I feared I had made a mistake, however I have to say my experience has been excellent, I ordered a replacement glass piece for my oven door, had a phone call telling me when it would arrive and it arrived as planned in perfect condition too. Great product and speedy service, would recommend.

Placed my first order with this company today, discount code wasn't applied and about an hour after placing my order I have not yet received confirmation email about my order. I'm concerned they will take the payment and not deliver, hopefully I'm wrong.

Not great service. I bought a small cup/blade in November which took almost 3 months to arrive. The elastic band on it snapped so the liquid goes through to the actual motor of my kenwood food processor when blending. I called as it has been way less than a year and I just needed the new elastic. They said they don’t have that but have a similar part which “may fit”. I agreed and said that was fine. They then said they’ve not obliged to refund me or resend and will ONLY send me a voucher once they received my return product so I can then purchase the other one which MAY fit from their website. I asked if they would cover delivery as this is well under a year (had only been using the product for 8 months? About 5-10 times). They said no and they wouldn’t even cover the full cost of the replacement part…. Only £12 instead of £13.89. I thanked them and decided I will not bother. Seems like a whole lot of effort that ends in me spending an additional £6 for a product which may fit. I’ll purchase a new one elsewhere and never order from this company again. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a replacement part for my Kenwood blender weeks ago. I have never received my order and there is no tracking information. There is no chat facility on the website although they say there is and I get no acknowledgement to my queries. It doesn’t seem to be possible to actually speak to someone. Really disappointed and assume they don’t have the part in stock. I hope that I can at least get a refund but I don’t feel optimistic. I think that it would be wise to avoid this company.

Poor customer service. After using online over at kenwood.com and getting a very that’s that and no further help kind of answer, I thought the parts site might have more knowledge but the first thing they asked me if had I already asked this question and wanted my email - obviously really don’t care about customer experience.

order made, no confirmation email received, no answer to 2 x email enquiries. No part arrived.

Avoid this firm, It appears as a legit website but with sharp practices that promise but can't/won't deliver. They clearly don't have the parts in stock and don't want to tell you before completing the transaction and thus they get your business when you would go elsewhere if you knew it wasn't in stock.

I order two items over 6 weeks ago. Still haven't received item. I've emailed on 4 separate occasions and they just fob me off with different dates of arrival. 1 of the dates was January when I ordered in early November. Don't use this company its a SCAM !!
