WORST company I have ever encountered
I won't go on and on about the saga I have had dealing with this company as it will be very long and boring to read. I will say that I have NEVER left a bad review (that I recall!) online, I don't like unnecessary moaners and I appreciate things go wrong. However, I am at my wits end with this company and feel it should be put out there how bad they are. I have had endless problems with them trying to return a misadvised (by Kenwood) purchase, the item was eventually returned and I am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later. Various online forms sent, online chat used several times and I've been continuously ignored/fobbed off. Your cannot call them on the phone. I can't tell you the time that has been wasted over a mixer bowl. They owe me about £87 - THIEVES

Great service for delivery of new oven door glass
My oven door glass shattered unexpectedly at 2pm, I found 4Kenwood online and ordered a new glass for the oven door at half 2 and selected next day delivery. The order was dispatched at 3:15pm same day and delivered the next morning at 9:30am. This was exceptional service, was completely surprised at the speed of delivery. The item was a genuine Kenwood part and fitted perfectly.

I never got my item
I never got my item. Ok - that happens sometimes. However, I have been thre times over three weeks been promised a refund, which I never got.
They could not ship a new item, so I was asked to place a new order. I did, and I have still not received that order after two weeks.

Brilliant service
When the multimill part on my Kenwood Processor broke after many years of good service I was mortified but within minutes I had ordered a replacement part online and it arrived with 7 days. As I live in Poland that was brilliant service, it was very well packed and cannot thank you enough.
