We recently completed FLT refresher training for several employees. The instructor, Waliur, was very knowledgeable, and our operators commented that the training was delivered clearly and professionally. Booking the training with Mubin was straightforward; he was efficient, helpful, and accommodating in organising the training around our operational requirements. Overall, a very positive experience.

I recently completed my forklift training with 4KS Forklift Training and I honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The admin team were very helpful and professional, always giving clear information about what I needed and making sure I understood how and when my documentation would get to me. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process.
A special mention to our instructor, SHO, who was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to make sure everyone understood every step properly and really helped build our confidence during the training. He was patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was that he went the extra mile by recommending YouTube videos and extra learning materials so we could improve our knowledge and skills on the truck even further.
Overall, the whole team at 4KS Forklift Training were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and supportive forklift training.

The instructors were very supportive and made you feel relaxed and confident during the training. Attention to the small details was noticeable which made learning interesting and fun. My instructor Akib was particularly helpful really knew his stuff and relayed information and instructions clearly. I did my reach truck training over 3 days and I would highly recommend 4kslifttraining. Great team. A special thanks to Akib who went above and beyond to help me......top guy.

We made 2 bookings with 4ksforklifttrainingltd, and the whole process was easy from start to finish the staff who carried out the training said the instructors are all very experienced, would highly recommend and use this company again for Novice and Refresher training.

I was a bit worried about counterbalance training as I have a disability. I wrote down some questions I had about this before phoning 4KS Forklift Training. I'm not sure who answered the call, but they were very friendly and reassuring. I decided immediately after the call that I wanted to do my training with this company. There are videos on YouTube of their training as well, which I found good to watch as it gives you an idea of some of the things you would be learning.

When I arrived, myself and two other trainees were assigned to a trainer called Tony who was lovely. I can't thank Tony enough for his patience and kindness throughout. One thing my disability has caused is a lot of anxiety and self-doubt, so the way he explained things and encouraged me was so appreciated. Tony asked considerate questions about my disability to establish how he could support me throughout the training. He even said to let him know if I needed any breaks and not to worry if I struggled with a full day (around 7 hours) as they would accommodate me.

I felt some trepidation when Tony informed us that he wouldn't be in on the day of our assessments. I was worried that we'd be getting a trainer who would be more strict and less considerate in some way, which would have affected my ability to focus and do well as my cognition becomes impaired when I'm in an anxious state.

My fears were completely unfounded as we had a lovely trainer called Mirage overseeing our final day and assessments. Mirage was just as nice, encouraging, and patient as Tony. In fact, everyone there seemed nice.

I enjoyed my time training with this company, and I absolutely recommend them. It hasn't quite sunk in yet that I have gained a certification in something I have wanted to do for so long and that I managed this in three days without any need for an extension. This novice course was an estimated 3-4 days.
