Great experience

Everything you hear about theives residing in New York is true and 4th Bin is no different. First they sell used junk on Ebay under another name. So first we buy this HP 8300 system and it clearly stated free shipping. They are nothing but a bunch of liars! They tact on another $25 for shipping and tried to blame EBay for the problem. They said so many times once they got refunded we would get refunded, never saw a dime from these crooks. So its been a about a month and I went to turn off the lights and heard some electrical buzzing noise. Low and behold it was coming from the 8300 we bought from them. So now there's a short in the system from a computer we just bought from them. Will be filing fraud charges with the Attorney Generals Office in NY. Now I have a fire hazard thanks to these crooks. Have to disconnect the whole unit from the outlet every night in fear that Id walk in and see my office 1/2 up in smoke.

4th Bin makes it so easy to dispose of outdated electronics and equipment. First they give you a quote, then you make a date, then they haul it away.
Couldn't be simpler. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

This is the fourth time I've used 4th Bin, and they have be consistently excellent -- they show up on time for the pickup, remove everything, and provide me with detailed documentation on the disposition of the equipment and certification of data destruction. The reason we initially chose 4th bin is because they are e Stewards and responsibly recycle computer equipment--their excellent customer service sets them apart.
