4th Bin gave me peace of mind letting go of tons of old electronics. They arrived when they said they would and carried everything to their truck without complaint, including a monster of an old television.

I've told all my neighbors and family about 4th Bin, and if I ever have more dead electronics I don't want in a landfill, I will call 4th Bin!

Quick, helpful and personable

4th Bin is every good thing they say they are. My only quibble is that it's too expensive.

I work at a school and one year we cleaned out our old IT closet and had a ton of crap to get rid of. I did some searching around on the internet and ended up finding 4th Bin's info. They issued a quote very quickly and were able to fit me in their schedule pretty much right away (the company our IT department recommended couldn't even give me a date because they didn't have any other pickup to do nearby).

Experience with the company is good and they were able to accommodate us in the schedule for the pickup of equipment. Only issue we had was with the actual pickup crew, called ahead to confirm location and time. We confirmed with them on the location for the pick up and the times that worked. Yet they still showed up at the incorrect time which caused some delays, which could have been avoided as it was clearly communicated over the phone prior to pickup. Overall will use again, just need to improve on communication.

Very professional, documentation on destruction of hard drives exceeded my requirements.

They are quick to respond to questions, the arrangements are easy to make , and pick up is a quick and simple exchange.

I have used 4th Bin several times and have never been disappointed. I would set a date to have whatever I was giving them to pickup and a time and they were always on time, courteous and very easy to deal with.

The rating is bad because it is impossible to reach someone by phone.

When I bought a new computer, I wanted to insure that my old hard drive was erased. Someone recommended 4th Bin and I used them. I know they did a good job because I never had a problem come back to me concerning my old computer.
I am sure sooner or later I will have to replace my current computer and I know I will go back to 4th Bin for similar service.

They show up on the time scheduled and ecologically dispose of our old electronic equipment. They provide data erasure certificates as requested. I've used them several times and each person that showed up is courteous and professional.

It's been a while but if i remember correctly, these guys came and picked up the electronics or whatever i was recycling. But they charge money for it. That's the only downside.

So nice to have this service.

Easy pickup, easy payment and glad to know outdated electronics can be recycled. I would highly recommend 4th Bin to anyone!!!!

They do a good job, but scheduling them to do a pickup is such a pain that I have decided to use other resources. If you have unlimited flexibility in your schedule, they are fine.
