Very helpful
Due to an impending house move, I had to cancel my 2 year contract which ends in January 2027. I was put through to Peter who was very helpful. He helped check my options and guided me on how to handle my request in a way that enables them to waive my early termination charges. Very appreciative of the support.

Same day connection!! What? 😮 £13.50 pm for 900 mbps. Wow.
Ordered online but had to call customer service coz I didn’t receive any confirmation email or my contracts which I thought was odd. I called and after 2 rings I got connected to Job who was brilliant. He understood my enquiry and he was rapid. He found the issue which was my fault as I’d miss typed the email so Jon fixed the typo, reissued my contacts to the correct email and I had a few questions about potentially using my own router which he investigated with his manager and told me I could and would need certain equipment they would issue me. We had a great chat. Jon was extremely helpful which sadly is rare these days. He went above and beyond for me. He had a great tone, polite and respectful. Jon is definitely an asset…. I’m assuming the rest of the team is the same. The deal I got is insane. 3 months free and 6 months half price for 900 mbps at £13.50 😮 that’s madness and I’m beyond impressed and excited to use the service which was same day connection. That’s crazy and unexpected. Open Reach taking weeks. I’m extremely happy with everything so far and a massive thanks to Jon and his manager. They were mint!!!!

Easy to arrange contract over phone with staff member Bernie. Router arrived in couple of days and cityfibre installation team arrived as arranged. Friendly guys, good tidy job done and all working fine so far.

Useless is too kind a description for them
Useless is too kind a description for this company.
They're overpriced, particularly 12 month contracts, and their customer service is dreadful. I've spent over two hours on the phone with them in the past week, most of that on hold, and they still haven't managed to sort out a simple house move.
I've now decided to pay the early termination charge just so I don't have to deal with them any further.
And before I get the inevitable copy-and-paste response saying, "Please call us," how about you call me instead? You already have my details, and I've spent more than enough time calling you.
Would not recommend.

Appalling customer service and still not connected
I was supposed to have switched to them but so far have just received a series of ai generated emails saying: Upon reviewing your order, we found that it is currently showing as unsuccessful. Our team is actively investigating the issue, and we have raised it with our internal specialists for further review. Then nothing. Occasionally the email is resent with a later date for resolution added in.
Appalling lack of communication and the phone service is a waste of time. Still waiting for the complaints department to contact me. Took the day off work to wait for the engineer and they had cancelled them without informing me.

Absolutely shocking,do not be fooled by trustpilot reviews,have a look around review sites,linked to rise fibre and use the same techniques......very quick to sell,Then ZERO customer service...you'll waite an hour to get through and have to call back....they will overcharge you and have no email address to complain....they will ignore you on there chat/complaint system.
Do your research..dont make a time consuming,irritating and expensive mistake.

Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company. Waited months for a reply. They lie about their speed to get you to come on board with them. Once it's too late do they only tell you that they guarantee that maximum speed over a wired connection not WiFi. Our package is 2300 and we get WiFi speeds of 300mbps. Had to purchase my own router and made a complaint. Finally got a reply today your line speed is fine complaint closed. BE AWARE you are only guaranteed 50% of the speed they advertise don't fall into the trap. Disgusting
