STEER CLEAR! You will never be able to contact this company by telephone, despite what their recent replies say about hiring more staff. They failed to provision a service at my property yet insist that I owe them £4.84 "Service Fee" for the service that was not provisioned. They have also failed to close my account down, causing issues with my credit file which shows I am still an active customer despite never having been provisioned. They hassle me monthly to pay this and have done so for 5 months now, despite being told. OFCOM will be getting a report about how poorly this company fails to follow OFCOM guidelines. Avoid at all costs!

Faultless from start to finish, provided a quick set up, consistent speeds with 0 down time so far. A far cry from my experience with other suppliers (TalkTalk, Sky, Virgin). Would recommend them for anyone looking for a supplier that provided a great service and a sensible cost!

Contacted to report no internet service spoke to Martin who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the system and found the fault was the Reuter.
He organised for a new one to be sent out today very efficient service

Jill called me up after I had sent an enquiry about rise broadband and at the perfect time. I was just about to go with a competitor and she not only matched it but beat it! She was absolutely amazing to talk to and I felt very looked after. Waited whilst I worked out the costs and was very patient. Thank you Jill!

Renewal offers for existing customers are insulting. Cancel button on the website doesn’t work. Phone number to cancel contract doesn’t work. WhatsApp contact only for new customers. No email address listed.

Igor was so kind and considerate. He called before he arrived. I got multiple emails and text reminders which made me and my son feel quite excited. Igor wore shoe covers, explained everything, was polite and friendly. He installed everything perfectly, showed me how it worked and the work he had done.
