After sales service, requirement for online return/ replacement
The timing, etc. was fine, however the product has some minor faults. The fabric of the gazebo has multiple small holes in it, which rain/ sun can get through. They aren't large, however may increase over time, and not what I would expect for a brand new product. With no online system, I had to call instead and wait in a queue and eventually gave up.
I would normally expect a replacement or discount, however didn't want to lose the time waiting on the phone.
An online system for returns/replacements would be beneficial. It would save customer and staff time.

Sold the wrong product and a DUD for what we…
Sold the wrong product for what we requested. Took far too long to get a refund when it was a sales persons mistake(very NON knowledgeable staff). Then they only refunded a proportion of product claiming the brackets weren't returned when i never took the brackets in the first place as i was not going to use them and didnt what stuff i wasn't using. it only took 6months to get my money back! in the same purchase i was sold 2 lithium batteries in which one never worked from begining, but instead of swapping it out with a new one 3 days after purchase, we were told go and do this and do that and charge with a lithium battery charger so we go and do this to still have the battery failing and when brining it back for the second time with the same results, the sale person shakes it for water(nothing) them takes it out the back for 5 mins comes back and shakes it again in front of us with his hands dripping wet and now there is a trickle of water inside a sealed battery, come on?. The BMS is up high in battery and that was what was failing(one, water wasn't there to begin with on first return, two-why does sales person now have wet hands, did he dunk it out back) three- a trickle cant get to BMS and make it fail, it would have to be submerged) Seriously? The battery was faulty from beginning and we have had the run a round, all because you would test battery on day 3 after us telling you power wont hold in battery.
Still no response from 4wd supacentre
Another day and still no response from 4wd supacentre. Please see review posted below for context. It has now been 11 days since I emailed requesting the information.
I requested information from 4wd super centre about their returns policy for faulty items which shows it is the customers responsibility to investigate the cause of the fault. I have been trying to return a faulty swag for a month and the company has refused, despite showing video and picture footage of the damage caused to the mattress by the flooded swag. Unfortunately at the time of the flooding, it was 3am in a pitch dark campsite and I was more focused on getting dry and warm, rather than investigating and attempting to film with no light, which the company believes should have been my priority. I have a camping trip booked in a few weeks that I will now need to cancel as this company has left me with an item that cannot be used. I only purchased this item a few months ago and it has only been used once. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
delivery and after sales is non existent
Once you received my order and passed the goods on to courier it seems that's the last you think about the order. I waited for the delivery time to come and still no delivery or communication from either the courier or 4wdsupacentre. It was only when I chased up the status that any action was taken to find out where my order was. I even got asked to review the product even though I still had not received it.

Purchased a 6x3m gazebo
Purchased a 6x3m gazebo. Attempted to put up for the first time with 3 other people but the roof frame snapped like licorice. Today I was told by the warranty department that it was my fault & they will not replace or refund. Wonderful customer service!!
the bag is long and flaps around
The matt seems to charge well but the case it comes in flaps around and it is hard to keep it down because it is so long.
Multi tyre inflater deflater
Inflater does not work well as once you disconnect one tyre it starts to I deflate the other tyre. Pointless. The valve connectors are also horrible to use. The gauge does not work accurately. One big issue is that I have my thumper max hooked up to a Batblock and it has worked great for about a year. When I use the multi the thumper must increase the amps and it blows the 50amp fuse in the batblock. The thumper maxes out at 90 amps and has never been close with one hose but with the multi it blows in about 2 minutes. Just be warned. It is cheaply made which is fine for the price but don't use it if you are on a batblock. I have a lot of kings products and they are mostly excellent but this is not.
Rubbish Quality
I recently purchased the Kings 4K Action Camera for an upcoming motorbike road trip. What an absolute waste of money : the image quality was terrible, image stabilization did absolutely nothing. In fact my 7 year old iPhone 10 that my daughter uses can do better recordings. I wanted to return the product as it is totally not fit for purpose but it was denied. So it shows how crap 4WD Supacentre's customer service and customer satisfaction is to them.

I purchased six 98ah deep cycle…
I purchased six 98ah deep cycle batteries. I put 3 in one golf cart which is going fine. I put 3 in another golf cart and after 3 golf rounds the cart ran out of power.
I checked batteries and one was at 11.5v after charging. I removed the low battery, replaced it with a used battery I had to keep the cart going. No problems.
Returned the battery. After 10 days was told it had been sent out and checked and was up to scratch.
I took it and tested it and had a result of just over 50% capacity.
Returned it again. Received a report the battery was 100%. Case closed.
I took the battery to battery world for an independent test. They gave the battery a fail.
Returned the battery again with a print out of their testing.
They continued to maintain they tested and found it 100% ok.
They finally said I should contact head office.
Contacted head office with claim numbers. The claims were located.
Your operator started questioning me on dates of return/ pickup. This claim was started less than 3 months after purchase and they have been out of use ever since.
Your head office person said he would have to contact Dandenong and could I hold. He then came back to me and said they could not locate their test results but they would come back to me once located.
That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing.
I have dealt with deep cycle batteries extensively over the past fifteen years and I know a faulty battery when I see one. This process has been very time consuming for me and I believe your staff have not been honest with me or helpful.
I am sending this as a last resort to get your company to stand by their warranty before I go to the small claims
Tribunal.

They sent out two beams for me now to work out how to pull apart and try and get it working.
I asked for a replacement, no phone call, very limited exchange.
I still don’t know what to do… I’ll probably just buy another one…. At my cost.

Solar Panels never got sent (rest of order arrived) and company was very slow to follow up on it and didn’t respond to first email, had to call. Then had to push to get a refund. And they didn’t even refund the full amount of the panels, and no money refunded towards the panels postage that never left there warehouse. Very disappointed. This is the first review I have ever left any company a review, so as you can telI I’m very annoyed by this treatment. Most companies at least try to be fair, especially when they made the mistake.
