Sold the wrong swag - now they refuse a refund
I went into the 4WD Supacentre and sought assistance to purchase a swag for two people to use for a road trip. The day of departure I realised I had been sold a deluxe single swag - not what I thought I was getting. When I arrived at my destination I attempted to return the unopened product and explained the situation that I had wanted a 2 person and ended up with a single. The store manager refused to provide me a refund, even going so far as to claim he isn’t authorised to issue refunds. Apparently this is a change of mind (it isn’t) and in actual fact cost me money as we needed to stay in motels rather than the swag. I believe the refusal to provide a refund in these circumstances is contrary to consumer law. But most importantly, after my discussion with the store manager it is clear this company have a culture of refusing refunds even when a consumer is legally entitled to receive one.

Bought Lithium batteries 100ah at Ravenhall via online click and collect
Bought Lithium batteries 100ah together with other items via online click and collect at Ravenhall. Received messages that all the items I ordered were ready for collection. Went there to pick up the items after few days and was told that they ran out of 100ah lithium batteries despite I was told that it was ready for collection. Where did my batteries go?
Overcharged and Incorrect refund
Overcharged at the counter. They said they couldn’t provide a refund in store and we had to do it via email. This took 2 weeks, only to receive half the refund amount. Overall, we received a small amount as store credit and another small amount as a refund. It did not add up to the full refund amount and we did not agree to any store credit. Emails now go unanswered, they closed the case and I can’t get through to anyone on the phone. It’s been a month now with no outcome.

Excellent service and very low prices. Found it difficult to secure our load but we received help from a King;s staff member. All products are of a high quality with warranty.
Two initial major fails
Two major fails. Firstly, the size of the battery is very different to the advertised size. I have screen captures of the 300ah battery being: 220Wx520Lx269Hmm. I was sent a battery that is: 267Wx520Lx220H. So obviously someone got the measurments mixed up in the item description, and now the battery is way too big for the box I built for it! Secondly I was mislead by the delivery time. It is not calculated from date of purchase, but from the date that it leaves the warehouse, and they don't choose to disclose this information, nor correct tracking information. I received the battery 16 business days after ordering, and still had to chase up where it was and which depot to find it. The whole purchase has been a problem. I haven't installed it yet to be able to comment on the quality of the battery but I have reservations
Excellent service from the Toowoomba Store
I am not usually one to write reviews, but I felt this time, it needs one. I have a Jeep Wrangler JLU and the boot space has several limitations for a decent overlanding setup. I already owned a 30L and 85L Kings Fridge and really wanted to add a drawer setup to it. Michael in the Toowoomba store was an absolute LEGEND, stepping out into the carpark with tape measure and help me move things around to bypass some of the limitations. Long story short after two visits with Michael, I ended up ordering two 500mm deep drawers with some room to spare for the little Kings Oven. I am very impressed with the service I got and I love how the setup turned out. Thank you very much Michael!!
Customers come first
Ok my first time there and very impressed. Staff are very knowledgeable about all products being sold from solar panels to kettle and lights. The other thing I loved was the attention by staff paid to customers. Not intruding but letting the customer know they were there to help. Also the staffing number to customer ratio. I'll be back

Poor communication and processing stock ordered at regional store
Ordered a lithium battery in store and was advised it might take a week or so to get in. This was fine when as I was not in a rush. There was no communications after 2 weeks. I rang up store (but had to go via a Call Cente) but was on hold for over 30mins before giving up. I tried the next day and was told the item was in store. I arrived in store and store but the item had not yet been allocated to me. Had to wait until it was allocated to my order before I could pick up the battery.
