Great service, couldn’t have asked for better

Stellar service! Truly was a great service provided. Hired the Defender, my mum’s favourite and it was a blast. Honestly can’t complain the car was in pristine condition you could tell it is well looked after. Also Sainaath is genuinely a great guy which made the whole experience just that bit better and easier.

I am very unhappy by this company, I tried to get a quote weeks ago and was told £600 plus vat, I agreed to this and asked them to send my details to book, after numerous mails and calls I had no return.
I called again and spoke to another guy, he informed me it would be £600 plus vat but would send me the correct quote so I could book. I had no answer again so I mailed again and finally got a quote through for £850 for a 21 plate Range Rover for the weekend. I questioned this and once again no reply. All I wanted was a nice car for our wedding. Would not advise using this company I am afraid.

We now have 3 pickups from 4x4 and they support and customer service is second to none
Always at the end of the phone if we need anything
Also recently gave us the heads up about a new toll crossing unpaid but not with a 100£ charge on top unlike some other rental companies

This is the second year I have rented from 4x4 Vehicle Hire. Once again Pauric was outstanding to work with. Excellent communication and reliability.

Pauric was professional, pleasant, on time and a all around gentleman.

Pauric was great about communication and pick up/drop off for this vehicle. We rented the Mercedes V8 and comfortably fit eight passengers (4 were small kids) plus luggage for a week. Would rent with them again.

The service be it delivery, collection and condition of vehicles is superb. I have now been using your franchise for three years with three different service providers who have never disappointed me.

We rented a classic Defender for 6 days in the second week of August. The organization, delivery and return of the car were perfect and very customer-oriented and friendly. The Landy was old and had a few age-related quirks. But as a Landy is, it still drove well and reliably and was a lot of fun. But you have to be aware that you are essentially renting a classic car that needs to be driven with the appropriate level of ambition and that the odd little thing can happen along the way.

A 5 star experience from start to finish. It is a no nonsense company, direct and clear. The vehicle was as described and arrived in perfect condition. Explanation of the vehicle was comprehensive. Drop off and collection very easy. We will be using this company again and without doubt recommend to others.
