53rd Bank is not what it used to be.

After banking with you all for over 10 years. Today you all have lied to me for the last time. Your bank has so many unprofessional people working at them I have like five different bank accounts through different banks you were the only Bank I have ever bring that where I have gotten a message ask me if it was fraud and I said no that was my charge and my card gets shut down and then when I try to pull money on my account that I just transferred from one of my other accounts to that account after you got shit my car down and tell me that my money wasn't cleared when it was cleared and you already had it bagged up to give to me once I said I was going to close my account I was lied to and they refused to give me my own money because I didn't want to bank there no more that is some serious BS I was so mad I couldn't see straight tomorrow I'm not going for that Fifth Third get y'all stuff together you have went downhill over the years and you lost my business today

The banker was so courteous

The banker was so courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. She addressed our needs and helped us through the process of account opening very smoothly. MariCarmen was absolutely a delight to interact with. Very kind.

Overdraft robbery

I overdrafted my account the first overdraft was $324 and then another $167. I covered the $324 overdraft which left a negative balance of the $167 they still changed me $70 overdraft fee even though it was only 1 transaction that wasn't covered by midnight

Luong Horn is great banker

Luong Horn is great banker! She was very knowledgeable and lead us to how to invest and set up all my banking needs. Because of her service to my Mother, i am bring all my accounts to 5/3rd too!

Friendly and Capable!

I had the time wrong for my appointment and showed up 30 minutes late. Everyone was so nice, and they saw me anyway. Betsy was positive, professional, friendly, and skilled.
