Harish speaks clearly explaining the nitty gritty of science behind Guts based on the fundamentals of Ayurveda. However, there is a certain lack in the flow of information provided by him. I am sure it is not major issue but could be better.

Ayurvedic perspective on gut health

The doctor thoroughly explains the mechanism behind many disorders and their root cause in the gut. He patiently listens to the queries and plights of the viewers and suggests appropriate remedies. The workshop is well organised and I'm pleased with it.
