They keep part of your withdrawal
I opened an account here and deposited without any issues using USDT. When I requested a withdrawal, I was told that I couldn’t use USDT because it is a stablecoin, and that I had to choose another cryptocurrency that isn’t “stable.” This already seemed quite suspicious to me. Even so, I selected a random option, in my case Cardano, just to be able to withdraw my money.
The surprise came when I received the withdrawal: the amount was significantly lower than it should have been. My suspicions were confirmed. I contacted support to ask for an explanation, and they told me it was due to market fluctuations. However, I checked the prices and there was no such variation that could justify such a large difference.
When I insisted, they changed their explanation and said it was a fee, which according to them didn’t even reach €2. Obviously, this makes no sense because the amount missing was much higher. I made this clear to them, but since then I have only received vague and evasive responses.
I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve the situation, and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. Honestly, I do not recommend this platform at all. Depositing seems fine, but when it’s time to withdraw, that’s when the problems start.
In my experience, they keep part of your money without any coherent explanation. Be very careful.
