Cancellation procedure…
This is my third time trying to contact 5pm.com I purchased a hotel break last week and immediately phoned the hotel to book a girls break unfortunately the was no dates available to suit. Within 1/2 hr of booking the vouchers I emailed back to say I wished to cancel my order with all the information requested Today is working day 5 and no answer. I then sent another email yesterday but do not know if they received my request there in no telephone number that I can find to access and no note / email to say that email is being processed I hope this will allow for some action/ feedback

the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This
