Great customer service, that's where it begins and ends in this industry! Very knowledgable staff who were genuinely interested in my professional opinion and experience with the kit I hired from Focus. Their prices were a lot cheaper than I imagined rental kit to be. All kit that was hired was in perfect condition. All batteries were charged and all cards were formatted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use Focus Rentals again in the near future.

Great and easy rental. William went above and beyond for us, when we both realised there was a missing part inside one of our Gimbals, even showing up the next day to get it to us.
