I highly recommend this company for end-of -tenancy cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and done a great job. The company is also providing all the chemicals and cleaning tools.
VERY disappointed! Did not clean the carpets properly the first time and then wanted cash in hand to do it the second time but never turned up! Have not been answering messages and tried to claim that we were making private arrangements with the person who cleaned it the first time. Totally unprofessional!

Your reply was NOT true. You said the cleaner would come back on Monday for the clean. He DID NOT turn up so my tenant text him and he then arranged to go on another day. I don't believe this is classed as a private arrangement. Also, here is a copy of your text to me, asking for CASH!

We believe that one of your tenants tried to arrange a carpet cleaning with one of our staff without informing us and we are very disappointed. We usually accept only online payments.
Unfortunately, we did not send anyone to clean your carpet due to the attempted private arrangement. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The turned up an hour late, failed to get the cats urine out of the carpet as they didn't bring the correct fluid and then promised to come back to do the job properly and didn't turn up. They also ignored phone calls and texts and gave no reason for not turning up. They should have used the correct fluid the first time around and been professional and responded to phone calls and texts when they didn't turn up. Waste of time and money. We're now having to pay another company to do the job.

We cleaned your carpet with the right tools and materials. Under your carpet you have a wooden floor. This makes it very difficult to eliminate the smell from the cat's urine. Unfortunately, the best option for you is changing the wooden floor and the carpet.
I personally recommend this company. The prices are not too high and the cleaners are very well equipped.
The carpet cleaning service is very cheap.

I hired this company for a one-off deep cleaning service. The office workers were polite and the cleaners did a good job cleaning the house. The company is legit and trustworthy. I'll definitely use this company again in the future.
The prices are a bit higher compared to other companies, but the standard of the cleaning is very high. The cleaners were polite, and after the cleaning was complete I received an invoice with attached cleaning checklist on my e-mail account. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
