Incomplete clean, needed to return (certain items completely missed on first clean).

Cleaner was polite and professional, clearly under a lot of pressure.

Joanne (owner) difficult in responses. Hard work to discuss the issues with. Refused to admit liability just kept saying “cleaner coming back tomorrow to sort”

Edinburgh. The cleaner (Joanne) was 1 hour late for our initial meeting without communication. The cleaning conducted 2/3 days later than agreed without communication or explanation. I was promised photos and videos of the cleaning but never received these.
We paid £370 for a 2 bed flat and expected 5 star quality and unfortunately the result was far from this. Windows hadn’t been cleaned and there was still dust on floors & skirting board.

Very disappointing, unprofessional service - would NOT recommend.

Joanne looks after our rental property and is absolutely fantastic. She is very professional and her team do a brilliant job. The flat is spotless for our guests and she always keeps me up to date when she has been in and if there have been any issues. I can highly recommend her for the first class service she provides.

I asked Joanne and her team to deep clean my rental flat near Edinburgh . She was so friendly and her quote was the best value for money. She was prompt , the flat was absolutely sparkling and she arranged carpet cleaning too. I was extremely satisfied and highly impressed with everything. I contacted Rely On Us as my house required a deep clean and was impressed by the speedy response I received from Joanne. She arranged for Yvonne to carry out the job on a date and time that suited me. Yvonne was punctual and friendly. She also worked hard, paying attention to detail to ensure my house was spotless by the time the job was finished. I would highly recommend Yvonne as I am very happy with the end results and would definitely hire her again in future.

I contacted Joanne in regards to a house move cleaning service. She was quick to respond and give a quote. Joanne was friendly, polite and very accommodating in changing times and dates.

The cleaner turned up on the day and time agreed. The cleaner worked hard for the 10 hours here. Following the deep clean the difference was very apparent to see.

Disgustingly filthy rented flat - vast improvement after 14 hours of work. Very pleased.

We had the lovely Daniel everso friendly and explained the process clearly of cleaning our 4bedrooms, stairway and upstairs hallway, it didn't take long and end result was excellent, there was definitely a difference!!

Joanne took the time to understand the requirements of the job. She worked around the elderly tenant with respect and humour. From not wanting anyone in his home he is now looking forward to her next visit and his home is sparkling!
