Justin and his team cleaned my oven this morning. It’s gleaming and I’m very happy. Justin takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to achieve this. Great value for money in my opinion. Highly recommended.

I booked this company to clean an oven. The behaviour of the staff member (Justin) while alone in our home with my partner was completely inappropriate. He made repeated personal comments about her appearance, compared her to his ex, showed her screenshots of dating app profiles of women who look like her, and shared personal details about past relationships. He also stated that his own behaviour had left him “unemployable,” which was concerning in context.

After I raised a formal complaint and requested written communication only, Justin left multiple voicemails attempting to justify his behaviour as “natural flirting,” continued commenting on my partner’s appearance, and repeatedly stated that he wanted to come to my house to “sort this out man to man.”

His final voicemail ended with the words “you don’t want to fall out with me,” which came across as threatening. This was despite being clearly told not to contact us.

This situation escalated unnecessarily, and both the conduct and the company’s handling of the complaint have left us feeling unsafe. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service.

Justin did another excellent oven clean for us this week. He’s meticulous and takes great care in your home, and our oven looks sparkling new again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Brilliant oven cleaning service my oven was horrible nasty taste needed a good clean I needed it done asap i contacted them they were fully booked all month but manged to fit me in they done amazing my oven is like brand new wouldn’t recommend anyone else apart from these guys I will be getting them to come out again in about 6 months great for the money too thank you so much

Just had my oven, grill and extractor cleaned ready for Christmas. They are all brand new! No way could I achieve the standard of clean.
